    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat amb l’art. 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992 , de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, se fa pública la notificació de la iniciació dels procediments sancionadors a les persones que se relacionen, ja que la notificació a pesar del seu intent no s’ha pogut practicar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els expedients es troben a la Unitat de Sancions de l’Ajuntament, Plaça del Convent, s/n (CP 07500).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’interessat haurà, en el termini de 20 dies naturals, com a titular del vehicle, identificar de forma verídica la persona conductora responsable de la infracció a la Unitat de Sancions de l’Ajuntament de Manacor (Plaça del Convent, s/n ,CP 07500, Manacor, Iles Balears). Amb l´advertència que de incomplir-se aquesta obligació serà responsable com a&amp;nbsp; autor d’una infracció molt greu, tipificada a l’art. 65.5.j) de la LSV que se sanciona amb multa del triple de la prevista a la infracció originària (art. 67.2 a) de la LSV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
