    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que no ha estat possible la notificació a les empreses que s’indiquen a continuació, d’acord amb l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, mitjançant aquest edicte es fa saber a les empreses interessades que el director general de Salut Pública i Consum va resoldre els expedients de mesures cautelars que es detallen. Així mateix, se’ls fa saber que contra aquestes resolucions poden interposar un recurs d’alçada davant el conseller de Salut, en el termini d’un mes comptador a partir de l’endemà d’aquesta publicació, d’acord amb el que disposen els articles 114.1 i 115 de la Llei 30/1992 i l’article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els expedients són a disposició de les persones interessades a la Direcció General de Salut Pública i Consum (carrer de Jesús, 38 A, de Palma).&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
