    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat amb el que disposen els articles 59.5 i 61 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, i per considerar-se que la publicació íntegra dels actes administratius podria lesionar els drets i interessos legítims de dits interessats, es fa pública la notificació d’inici dels expedients sancionadors que s’indiquen a continuació, por les infraccions administratives que es detallen, i a les persones que es relacionen, ja que, havent intentat per dues vegades la pràctica de notificació personal i individual, aquesta ha resultat infructuosa, bé perquè es desconeix el domicili actual dels interessats, bé perquè no estaven presents en el moment de la notificació. L’expedient i la resolució poden consultar-se a l’àrea de Medi Ambient de l’Ajuntament de Sant Lluís.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Durant el termini de quinze dies hàbils, comptats des de l’endemà al de la publicació del present Edicte en el Butlletí Oficial de la Província, amb aportació o proposició de les proves que considerin oportunes, podran formular les al·legacions que en la seva defensa estimin convenients. Igualment, disposen del mateix termini per formular, si escau, recusació contra el nomenament de la Instructora, de la Secretària del procediment o dels dos alhora per alguna de les causes taxativament numerades i amb els efectes previstos en els arts. 28 i 29 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre. Els escrits i demés documents que s’estimin convenients, es presentaran en el Registre Municipal situat en el Pla de Sa Creu, s/n o conforme amb el que estableix l’ art. 38.4 de la LRJPAC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De no efectuar-se al·legacions en el termini abans indicat, la iniciació del procediment serà considerada proposta de resolució amb els pronunciaments que figuren en les Resolucions d’inici. El present edicte també es publica en el tauler d’edictes de l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
