    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Intentada sense efecte la notificaci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; amb avis de rebuda als titulars coneguts, per ignorar-se el domicili o no haver trobat al mateix als interessats/es, mitjanant el present edicte, el qual es realitza tamb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;é&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; mitjanant anunci al tauler d&amp;apos;edictes de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;establert a l&amp;apos;art. 11 del RD 320/1994, de 25 de febrer, i d&amp;apos;acord amb el que disposen els articles 59.5) i 59.6) de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, modificada per la Llei 4/1999, de 13 de gener, ES NOTIFICA: Que per la Policia Local i en virtut de l&amp;apos;establert a l&amp;apos;art. 86 del RDL 339/1990, de 2 de mar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ç&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;, pel que s&amp;apos;aprova el text articulat de la Llei sobre Tr&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;à&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;nsit, Circulaci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de Vehicles a Motor i seguretat Vi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;à&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ria, modificat per la Llei 18/2009, de 23 de novembre, i art. 3.b) de la Llei 22/2011, de 28 de juliol, de Residus i S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ò&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ls Contaminats, s&amp;apos;ha redactat informe amb refer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ncia al presumible estat d&amp;apos;aband&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; a la via p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ú&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;blica per espai superior a dos mesos i al mateix lloc, dels vehicles que a tot seguit es relacionen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Igualment se li comunica que en el cas de no ser del seu inter&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;s la retirada del vehicle, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ú&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;nicament estar lliure de responsabilitat administrativa si el cedeix a un gestor de residus autoritzat o a l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;’&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Ajuntament, en aquest darrer cas s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;’&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ha de presentar dintre del termini assenyalat de 15 dies, en les depend&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ncies de la Policia Local des Castell (tel. 971 36 27 47),&amp;nbsp; per a formalitzar els tr&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;à&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;mits corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
