    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D’acord amb l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, quan les persones interessades en un procediment són desconegudes, se n’ignora el lloc de notificació o el mitjà o no s’ha pogut efectuar la notificació, aquesta última s’ha de fer per mitjà de la publicació en el butlletí oficial corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per això, es notifica a les empreses que s’indiquen al capdavall d’aquest escrit la inscripció en el Registre d’Empreses Acreditades en el Sector de la Construcció de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, d’acord amb l’article 6.1 del Decret 84/2008, de 25 de juliol, pel qual es crea aquest Registre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
