&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“DECRET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedents&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vegada resoltes les reclamacions presentades dins el termini establert, el 23 de gener de 2014, mitjançant anunci publicat el mateix dia, el tribunal qualificador de la convocatòria d’una borsa de feina d’educador/a-monitor/a per al Departament de Cultura aprovada per Decret de Batlia de 8 de novembre de 2013, proposa a la Batlia la constitució definitiva de l’esmentada borsa de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per això, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Aprovar, segons la proposta definitiva efectuada pel tribunal qualificador nomenat a l’efecte, la composició final de la borsa de feina d’educador/a-monitor/a per al Departament de Cultura, convocada per Decret de Batlia de 8 de novembre de 2013, i que queda amb l’ordre de prelació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Publicar aquesta borsa en el tauler d’anuncis, en el BOIB i a la pàgina web d’aquest Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat amb el què disposa l’article 116 de la Llei 30/92, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, contra la present resolució que posa fi a la via administrativa podeu interposar, alternativament, recurs de reposició potestatiu en el termini d’un mes davant el mateix òrgan que dictà l’acte, a comptar del dia següent al de la recepció d’aquesta notificació, o recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar del dia següent a aquesta notificació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si optau per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu no podreu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que aquell sigui resolt expressament o s’hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci. El termini per interposar, en el seu cas, recurs contenciós administratiu si s’ha optat per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu, serà de dos mesos comptats del dia següent a la notificació de la resolució expressa del recurs de reposició. Si no hagués resolució expressa el termini serà de sis mesos a comptar de la data en què s’entengui desestimat per silenci el recurs de reposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
