    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Un cop comprovat que no s’ha pogut practicar personalment el requeriment individual a les persones interessades per part del servei de correus, i en aplicació de l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span&gt;es comunica a les persones esmentades a l’annex que la seva entitat bancària ha retrocedit el pagament de la prestació aprovada, pel que han de presentar un escrit de comunicació de dades bancàries d’un compte actualment operatiu a nom de la persona titular de la targeta sanitària, conformat per l’entitat bancària&amp;nbsp; i signat pel titular del compte. Si ho desitgen, tenim un model de l’esmentada comunicació a la seva disposició&amp;nbsp; a la Unitat de Prestacions Sanitàries del &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears a Palma, carrer de la Reina Esclarmunda, 9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La documentació requerida es pot presentar d’acord amb el que s’assenyala a l’article 38.4 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, o a les oficines del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears a Palma, ja indicades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Amés, es comunica als interessats que si no presenten la documentació requerida, el dret a percebre la prestació caducarà passat un any, comptador des de l’endemà de la notificació de la concessió de la prestació, de conformitat amb l’article 44 del Reial decret legislatiu 1/1994, de 20 de juny, pel qual s’aprova el text refós de la llei general de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
