    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notificació d’acords d’iniciació d’expedients sancionadors per infraccions&amp;nbsp; de l’Ordenança Reguladora de la Neteja de les vies públiques i de la recollida de residus sòlids urbans. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No havent pogut notificar a la persona interessada l’acord d’iniciació d’expedient sancionador per presumptes infraccions en matèria de residus, en compliment del que disposa l’article 59.4 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, modificada por la Llei 4/119, de 14 de gener, de Règim Jurídic de las Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, es procedeix a la notificació, fent constar que l’interessat disposa d’un termini de quinze dies hàbils, comptats a partir del dia següent de la publicació d’aquesta notificació, per formular les al·legacions i presentar la documentació que estimin pertinents d’acord amb el que preveu l’article 84 de la Llei 30/1992. Transcorregut&amp;nbsp; aquest termini sense formular al·legacions ni presentar documentació sobre l’acord d’inici, aquest podrà considerar-se com a proposta de resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
