&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que durant el termini d’exposició pública no s’han presentat reclamacions per les causes determinades a l’art. 170,2 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, es consideren definitivament aprovats el Pressupost general per a l’any 2014 i la Plantilla de personal, aprovats inicialment per acord del Ple de l’Ajuntament de 19 de desembre de 2013 (exp. núm. 6325-2013), d’acord amb allò que preveu l’art. 169,1 del RDL. 2/2004, de 5 de març.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
