    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D’acord amb els articles 57.2 i 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, i atès que es desconeix el domicili actual de les persones interessades o no han pogut ser localitzades, se’ls notifica la resolució d’obertura del tràmit d’audiència del procediment de reintegrament de les subvencions concedides per al foment de l’ocupació estable, en relació amb els expedients que s’indiquen més avall, per tal que en el termini de deu dies, comptadors des de l’endemà de la publicació d’aquest anunci en el BOIB, formulin les al·legacions i presentin els documents i els justificants que considerin oportuns davant la Direcció General de Treball i Salut Laboral (plaça de Son Castelló, 1, 07009 Palma, tel. 971 17 63 00). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
