    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; Com que no s&amp;apos;han pogut efectuar les notificacions en els domicilis que figuren en els respectius expedients de les persones que a continuació s&amp;apos;indiquen, no s&amp;apos;ha respost als avisos deixats i no es té constància de cap altre domicili on efectuar-les, amb aquest edicte, en relació als expedients incoats pel batle de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Llucmajor, com a conseqüència de les denúncies formulades per la Policia Local per infraccions de l&amp;apos;Ordenança municipal de neteja viària (BOIB 19/05/05), en concret per la vulneració del seu article 32, d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 59.4 i 61 de la Llei 30/1992, de règim jurídic i del procediment administratiu comú, es procedeix a la publicació succinta.&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;li&gt; En aquest sentit es comunica que en el cas de no formular al·legacions sobre el contingut d’aquest acord d’iniciació de l’expedient en el Termini de 15 dies comptadors de l’endemà següent del que tengui lloc la notificació del present, es considerarà com a proposta de resolució del present procediment, d’acord amb les previsions continguda a l’article 8.4 del Decret 14/1994, per el qual es regula el Procediment Sancionador, i amb els efectes previstes als articles 13, 14 i 15 del citat Reglament, amb la sanció que s’especifica a l’apartat 2SANCIÓ PROPOSTA”, atenent als criteris de graduació de les sancions, i a l’article 131 de la Llei 30/1992 de Règim Jurídic.&lt;/li&gt;
