    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En aplicació de l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, atès que no s’ha aconseguit notificar a través del servei de Correus la resolució d’inici corresponent a l’expedient sancionador per presumpta infracció en matèria de conservació d’espais naturals que s’indica a continuació, es notifica per mitjà d’aquest anunci a la persona que s’assenyala seguidament, que s’ha dictat la &lt;u&gt;Resolució d’inici&lt;/u&gt; del procediment sancionador corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’expedient és a disposició de la persona interessada a la Direcció General de Medi Natural, Educació Ambiental i Canvi Climàtic de la Conselleria d’Agricultura, Medi Ambient i Territori del Govern de les Illes Balears (c. del Gremi de Corredors, 10, polígon de Son Rossinyol, Palma), de dilluns a divendres, de 9 a 14 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat amb el Reglament del procediment a seguir per l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma en l’exercici de la potestat sancionadora, aprovat pel Decret 14/1994, de 10 de febrer, (BOCAIB núm. 21, de 17/2/1994), les persones interessades disposen d’un termini de quinze dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de la publicació d’aquest anunci, per formular les al·legacions i proposar les proves que considerin oportunes. Així mateix, en aquest termini poden reconèixer la seva responsabilitat i fer efectiu l’import de la sanció corresponent mitjançant l’imprès oficial (model 046), que els facilitarà la Conselleria, la qual cosa determinarà l’acabament del procediment sancionador. En el cas que no formulin al·legacions ni reconeguin la responsabilitat dins aquest termini, la resolució d’inici podrà ser considerada la proposta de resolució de l’expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
