    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Mitjançant el present edicte, el qual es realitza també, mitjançant anunci al tauler d&amp;apos;edictes de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;establert a l&amp;apos;art. 11 del RD 320/1994, de 25 de febrer, i d&amp;apos;acord amb el que preveuen els articles 59.4), 59.5) i 59.6) de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, modificada per la Llei 4/1999, de 13 de gener, atès que no ha estat possible notificar-ho personalment als interessats per haver resultat infructuosos els intents de notificació personal, es notifica que pel Sr. Batlle, assistit per la Junta de Govern Local, degut al seu suposat abandó i d’acord amb el que preveuen els articles 86 de la Llei 18/2009, de 23 de novembre i 3.b) de la Llei 22/2011 de 28 de juliol de Residus i Sòls Contaminats, s’ha dictat &lt;strong&gt;Resolució de declaració de residu urbà&lt;/strong&gt; dels següents vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
