    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Conformement amb allò que disposa l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment Administratiu comú, i l’article 112, de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre, General Tributaria, vist que s’ha intentat dues vegades la notificació, a la persona interessada o al seu representant, i que no estat possible realitzar-la per causes no imputables a la Administració, se cita en virtut d’aquest anunci a les persones responsables de què es fa relació a l’annex, per tal que en el termini de &lt;strong&gt;quinze dies&lt;/strong&gt; naturals, a partir del següent a la publicació d’aquest anunci, compareguin ells mateixos o els seus representants degudament acreditats, al departament de Sancions d’aquest Ajuntament, C/ Major, 9 d’Alcúdia, de dilluns a divendres de 9 a 13 hores, per ser notificats de les liquidacions del procediment sancionador per infraccions que es detallen a l’annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Així mateix s’adverteix a les persones interessades que, en cas de no comparèixer dins l’esmentat termini, la notificació s’entendrà produïda a tots els efectes legals des del dia següent al del venciment del termini assenyalat per comparèixer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
