	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El Ple de l’Ajuntament de Consell, en sessió ordinària celebrada en data 25 de novembre de 2014, va adoptar, entre d’altres, l’acord d’aprovació d’expedient col·lectiu de baixa d’obligacions reconegudes pressupostàries pendents de pagament procedents de l’exercici tancat 2012 i 2013 així com de drets reconeguts pendents de cobrament procedents dels exercicis tancats 2007 a 2013 i exercici corrent 2014, en el següent sentit: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
