	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;NEGOCIAT D'INFRACCIONS GENERALS. EDICTE: NOTIFICACIÓ DE RESOLUCIONS D'EXPEDIENTS SANCIONADORS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La regidora titular de l´Àrea de Funció Pública i Govern Interior i el regidor titular de l’Àrea Delegada de Seguretat Ciutadana, d’acord amb les competències atribuïdes pels&amp;nbsp; Decrets&amp;nbsp; núm. 8436, de 13.5.2013 (BOIB núm. 70, de 18.5.2013) i &amp;nbsp;núm. 954, de 27 de gener de 2014 (BOIB núm. 21, d´11 de febrer de 2014), han dictat els acords de resolució dels expedients sancionadors que figuren a l'annex d’aquest edicte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;S’ha intentat&amp;nbsp; la seva notificació i&amp;nbsp; no s’ha pogut dur a terme. En conseqüència es publica aquest&amp;nbsp; edicte,&amp;nbsp; d'acord amb el que preveuen els articles&amp;nbsp; 59.5&amp;nbsp; i&amp;nbsp; 61&amp;nbsp; de la Llei 30/92, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú (BOE núm. 285, de&amp;nbsp; 27/11/1992) ,&amp;nbsp; modificada per la Llei 4/1999, de 13 de gener (BOE núm. 12, de 14/1/1999).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Contra l’acord de resolució de l’expedient sancionador, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l'ha dictada, d’acord amb allò que disposa l’article 108 de la Llei 7/85, de règim local, modificat per l’article 1.1 de la Llei 57/2003 de 16 de desembre, (BOE núm. 301, de 17/12/2003). El termini per interposar-lo és d'un mes comptat des de l'endemà de la publicació de la present notificació. En aquest cas no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que s'hagi resolt el de reposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El recurs de reposició potestatiu s'ha de presentar al Registre General d'aquest Ajuntament o a les dependències a què es refereix l'article 38, 4t de la Llei 30/92, de 26 de novembre, abans esmentada, i es considerarà desestimat quan no s'hagi resolt i notificat la resolució en el termini d'un mes comptat des de l'endemà de la seva interposició. En aquest cas queda expedita la via contenciosa administrativa. Si no s'utilitza el recurs potestatiu de reposició, es pot interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, conformement al que estableix l'article esmentat anteriorment, i als articles 45 i següents de la Llei 29/98, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el jutjat contenciós administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos comptat des de comptat des de l'endemà de de la publicació d’aquest edicte. Això sense perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs o acció que es consideri pertinent.La interposició del recurs no paralitza la via de constrenyiment, llevat que es garanteixi el pagament de la multa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
