&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera.- Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;L’objecte de la present convocatòria es la provisió com a funcionari interí, mitjançant concurs-oposició, d’una plaça de Tècnic d’Administració Especial, subescala tècnica, classe superior, vinculada a la intervenció de l’Ajuntament d’Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Classificació:&amp;nbsp; Grup A, Subgrup A1, nivell de complement de destinació 25.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Sistema de selecció: concurs-oposició lliure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La interinitat se crearà i &amp;nbsp;s’extingirà per les causes previstes a l’article 10 de l’Estatut Bàsic de l’Empleat Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Es tindrà en compte l’establert a la plantilla i al catàleg de llocs de feina de l’Ajuntament d’Alcúdia en materia de definició, característiques, contingut, règim retributiu i dedicació de la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Les funcions de la plaça son: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Organitzar, supervisar i distribuir entre el personal que integra a la unitat administrativa les tasques, tant ordinàries com puntuals corresponents a funcions pròpies de la Intervenció municipal, d’acord amb les directrius, instruccions i indicacions de la persona titular de la Intervenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Informar&amp;nbsp; i assessorar els serveis gestors de la Corporació sobre els requisits formals i documentals que han de complir els expedients que s’hagin de trametre a la Intervenció, o la tramitació i supervisió dels quals sigui competència la Intervenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Dissenyar, elaborar i preparar els expedients la tramitació dels quals sigui competència de la Intervenció (aprovacions i liquidacions del pressupost municipal, comptes generals de la Corporació, modificacions de crèdits, expedients de gestió de despeses i d’ingressos, expedients d’operacions de crèdit, etc.), d’acord amb les directrius i instruccions de l’interventor/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Formular propostes d’informes d’intervenció dels dits expedients i, en general, preparar la documentació corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Dur a terme operacions i procediments comptables que s’escaiguin en l’àmbit de la Intervenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Seguiment de l’execució del pressupost de despeses i d’ingressos de la Corporació i dels seus ens depenents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Substituir, amb caràcter accidental, la persona titular del lloc de treball d’interventor/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Qualsevol altres funcions de caràcter anàleg, pròpies del grup i nivell del lloc de treball, que li siguin atribuïdes, de forma ordinària o puntual, per l’interventor/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segona.- &amp;nbsp;Publicitat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Aquestes bases es publicaran en el taulell d’edictes de l’Ajuntament i a la pàgina web municipal i en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Els successius anuncis relatius a les proves que es convoquin se faran públiques en el taulell d’edictes de l’ajuntament i a la pàgina web del mateix ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera.- Condicions dels aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Per ser admesos a la realització de les proves selectives, els aspirants hauran de reunir els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(47, 47, 47);"&gt;També podran participar el cònjuge dels espanyols i dels nacionals d’altres estats membres de la Unió Europea, sempre que no estiguin separats de dret, i els seus descendents i als del seu cònjuge, sempre que no estiguin separats de dret, siguin menors de 21 anys, o majors de dita edat depenents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;L’aspirant que no tingui la nacionalitat espanyola ha d’acreditar documentalment la seva nacionalitat amb un document vigent i el seu permís de residència i de treball si és el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;b) Tenir complerts setze anys d’edat i no haver arribat a l’edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;c) Estar en possessió d’alguna d’aquestes titulacions, o estar en condicions d’obterni-la en la data en que finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds: Títol universitari de Grau en Dret, Econòmiques, A.D.E, i/o equivalent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Els aspirants amb titulacions obtingudes a l’estranger hauran d’acreditar que estan en possessió de la corresponent convalidació o de la credencial que acrediti, en el seu cas, la homologació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;d) No patir malaltia o defecte físic que impedeixi o menyscabi el desenvolupament de les seves funcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;e) No haver estat separat del servei de l’Administració de l’Estat, les Comunitats Autònomes o l’administració Local, ni haver estat inhabilitat per a l’exercici de la funció pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"&gt;f) No trobar-se inclòs en cap de les causes &amp;nbsp;d’incapacitat previstes en la legislació pel desenvolupament del càrrec.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"&gt;Abans &amp;nbsp;de prendre &amp;nbsp;possessió &amp;nbsp;de la plaça, l’i&lt;/span&gt;nteressat&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; haurà &amp;nbsp;de fer constar &amp;nbsp;que no esta sotmès&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; a &amp;nbsp;cap &amp;nbsp;dels &amp;nbsp;motius&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;d’incompatibilitat&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;establerts&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;a &amp;nbsp;la &amp;nbsp;Llei &amp;nbsp;53/1984&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;de &amp;nbsp;26 &amp;nbsp;de desembre,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;d’incompatibilitats del personal al&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;servei&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; les&amp;nbsp; Administracions&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Públiques &amp;nbsp;o comprometre’s en el&amp;nbsp; seu cas, &amp;nbsp;a exercir &amp;nbsp;l&lt;span style="color: rgb(54, 54, 54);"&gt;'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"&gt;oportuna&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;opció &amp;nbsp;en el període &amp;nbsp;de temps &amp;nbsp;que preveu 1'article &amp;nbsp;10 de l’esmentada llei&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 35, 35);"&gt;, &amp;nbsp;i a &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"&gt;no percebre &amp;nbsp;pensió &amp;nbsp;de jubilaci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 35, 35);"&gt;ó, &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"&gt;de ret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 35, 35);"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"&gt;r o d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 35, 35);"&gt;' &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"&gt;orfenesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Si alguna de les sol·licituds té algun defecte esmenable, aquesta circumstància es comunicarà a la persona interessada, a fi que en un termini màxim de deu dies hàbils l’esmeni, de conformitat amb allò que disposa l’article 71 de la LRJAPAC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquena.- &amp;nbsp;Admissió dels aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació d’instàncies, la Tinent de Batlessa Delegada de Personal, en el termini màxim d’un mes, aprovarà la relació provisional d’admesos i exclosos, que serà publicada al taulell d’edictes de l’Ajuntament i a la pàgina web de l’Ajuntament, i es concedirà un termini màxim de 3 dies hàbils per a la presentació d’esmenes o reclamacions. Una vegada examinades, en el seu cas, es publicarà la relació definitiva d’admesos en l’esmentat tauler i a la pàgina web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La resolució definitiva d’admesos i exclosos contindrà –a més de les dades abans indicades- la composició nominativa del tribunal qualificador així com el lloc, data i hora de constitució del mateix i la data de realització del cas pràctic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisena.- Tribunal Qualificador&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Els membres del tribunal han d’esser funcionaris i posseir una titulació acadèmica d’igual o de superior nivell que l’exigit als aspirants per a l’ingrès; i la meitat més un, com a mínim, haurà de posseir una titulació corresponent a la mateixa àrea de coneixements que l’exigida per a l’ingrès.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El tribunal qualificador serà nomenat per la tinent de batllessa delegada de personal, i estarà format per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Un president &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Quatre vocals, un dels quals serà designat com a secretari amb veu i vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Hi podrà assistir un observador designat per la Junta de Personal, &amp;nbsp;les funcions del qual seran observar el bon desenvolupament del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Cada un dels membres de tribunal tindrà el seu suplent corresponent, per tal de cobrir les possibles absències que es puguin donar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l’assistència de la meitat dels seus membres, ja siguin titulars o suplents, i les decisions s’adoptaran per majoria. Sempre serà necessària la presència dels president i del secretari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El tribunal podrà disposar la incorporació d’assessors especialistes per tal que assessorin, amb veu i sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setena.- Procediment de selecció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El procediment de selecció constarà de les següents fases: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Fase oposició&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;a) Prova pràctica, de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;b) Una entrevista, de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Fase concurs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;c) La valoració dels mèrits presentats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La puntuació màxima de les dues fases serà de 100 punts, repartits de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a) Prova pràctica. (45 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Consistirà en realitzar un supòstit pràctic, a desenvolupar durant un temps màxim de 4 hores, relacionat amb el temari de l’annex I i en relació a les funcions pròpies de la plaça a ocupar. Aquest supòsit serà determinat pel Tribunal Qualificador immediatament abans de començar l’exercici. Durant la seva realització, les persones aspirants podran aportar tot tipus de textos legals no comentats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Aquest exercici tindrà una valoració màxima de 45 punts, sent automàticament eliminades del procés selectiu les persones aspirants que no obtinguin un 22,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 35, 35);"&gt;b) entrevista personal ( 15 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 35, 35);"&gt;L’òrgan de selecció entrevistarà les persones aspirants que hagin superat la prova pràctica. La data, hora i lloc de les entrevistes es publicarà en el tauler d’anuncis de l’ajuntament i a la web municipal &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;www.alcudia.net&lt;/strong&gt; amb una antelació mínima de 2 dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 35, 35);"&gt;Aquesta entrevista, amb la finalitat de valorar la capacitat de les persones aspirants per al desenvolupament de les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball a proveir, consistirà en mantenir un diàleg amb l’òrgan de selecció sobre el currículum, els mèrits i l’experiència professional al·legats per l’aspirant, i, principalment, sobre qüestions vinculades a les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball a proveir, podent-se demanar comprovacions de caràcter pràctic o teòric per a valorar la seva capacitat i idoneïtat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 35, 35);"&gt;L’entrevista tindrà una valoració màxima de 15 punts, sent automàticament eliminades del procés selectiu les persones aspirants que obtinguin menys de 7,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 35, 35);"&gt;La valoració serà la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 35, 35);"&gt;13 punts per la valoració dels coneixements relacionats amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça o lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 35, 35);"&gt;2 punt per a la valoració del perfil de l’aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;c) valoració dels mèrits ( 40 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;L’òrgan de selecció valorarà els mèrits al·legats per les persones aspirants i degudament acreditats documentalment, d’acord amb els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:36.0pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Experiència professional: ( 28 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:36.0pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;1.-&amp;nbsp; Per desenvolupar o haver desenvolupat com a funcionari del grup A1 (antic grup A) en qualsevol escala de funcionaris d’habilitació de caràcter estatal, subescala Intervenció-Tresoreria o Secretaria-Intervenció, o mitjançant habilitació accidental o nomenament interí per òrgan competent, les funcions corresponents a la Intervenció d’un ens local. 0,2 punt per cada mes complert de serveis, o la part proporcional que correspongui a períodes inferiors al mes, fins a un màxim de 8 punts. &lt;strong&gt;( 8 punts&lt;/strong&gt;). Per ser puntuat en aquest apartat es necessari acreditar un mínim de 6 mesos de forma continuada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:36.0pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;2.-&amp;nbsp; Per desenvolupar o haver desenvolupat com a funcionari del grup A1 o com a personal laboral del grup 1 en qualsevol de les escales d’administració general o especial de l’administració local, estatal o autonòmica, les funcions pròpies de la plaça objecte de provisio descrites a la base primera. 0,3 punts per cada mes complert de serveis, o la part proporcional que correspongui a períodes inferiors al mes, fins a un màxim de 15 punts. &lt;strong&gt;( 15 punts&lt;/strong&gt;); aquest apartat es valorarà amb la puntuació establerta, independentment que existeixi acumulació de funcions en el mateix període i en la mateixa administració, amb les valorades a l’apartat 1. Per ser puntuat en aquest apartat es necessari acreditar un mínim de 6 mesos de forma continuada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:36.0pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;3.- Per desenvolupar o haver desenvolupat efectivament les funcions pròpies de la plaça objecte de provisió descrites a la base 1, a les empreses públiques de qualsevol Administració Pública, en empreses privades o en règim de contracte administratiu de serveis amb les AAPP. 0,1 punts per mes complert de servei, o la part proporcional que correspongui a períodes inferiors al mes, fins a un màxim de 5 punts. En aquest apartat no es valoraran els mèrits valorats en els apartats anteriors 1) i 2). &lt;strong&gt;(5 punts). &lt;/strong&gt;Per ser puntuat en aquest apartat es necessari acreditar un mínim de 6 mesos de forma continuada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;L’experiència al·legada s’haurà de posseir en el moment de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i s’haurà d’acreditar mitjançant fotocòpies compulsades o originals de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Acreditació dels serveis prestats en les Administracions Públiques i empreses públiques: certificat expedit pel Secretari o qualsevol òrgan de l’administració o de l’empresa pública amb competències en personal, on es faran constar les següents dades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Denominació dels llocs de treball que hagi desenvolupat amb expressió del&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; temps que els hagi ocupat, i les funcions desenvolupades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Dependència a les que estan adscrits els esmentats llocs de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Relació jurídica que ha mantingut o manté en el desenvolupament dels llocc amb l’administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Acreditació dels serveis prestats amb un contracte de serveis amb les AAPP. S’ha d’aportar el contracte signat amb l’administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;En el supòsit de funcions prestades en el sector privat, s’hauran de presentar necessàriament el contractes de treball ( altes i baixes) o els certificats d’empresa en els que consti la categoria professional, el lloc i les tasques desenvolupades i informe de vida laboral expedit per la Tesoreria General de la Seguretat Social amb expressió del grup de cotització dels períodes cotitzats. No seran objecte de valoració els contractes que no figurin en el certificat de vida laboral expedit per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social, ni quan no s’aporti a l’expedient aquest certificat ( full de vida laboral) juntament amb els contractes o certificats d’empresa corresponents als mèrits que s’al·leguen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Per acreditar que s’ocupa o s’ha ocupat una plaça o lloc de treball de igual o similar contingut, quan no coincideixin la denominació dels que s’hagin ocupat amb el de la plaça o lloc al que s’opta, l’interessat haurà d’adjuntar un certificat en el que constin les funcions desenvolupades, per a justificar que són iguals o similars a les del lloc objecte de provisió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Formació complementària: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;( 10 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Per la realització de cursos realitzats per les escoles d’administració pública o homologats per aquestes, així com els cursos o similars impartits o promoguts per les administracions públiques i les universitats que guardin relació amb les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball a proveir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Puntuació màxima per curs: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- 0,050 punts per crèdit, d’acord amb els criteris de la lletra anterior, quan el certificat acrediti l’assistència al curs, o no faci menció expressa al caràcter d’assistència o d’aprofitament. Puntuació màxima per curs: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Es valoren els diplomes, els títols, els certificats i altres documents acreditatius de l’acció formativa realitzada, sempre que n’indiquen les hores de durada. Si no s’indiquen les hores de durada no es puntuarà l’acció formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:36.0pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Per coneixements dels aplicatius de comptabilitat local a nivell d’usuari avançat, tancament i obertura de contabilitat, configuració de l’aplicació, rendicions d’informes ( CGAP) i aplicatius de gestió tributària i/o econòmica financera ( ABSIS). &lt;strong&gt;( 2 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Per acreditar aquest punt s’hauran d’aportar certificats de les administracions públiques en els que s’acreditin que l’aspirant te coneixements i ha utilitzat els aplicatius indicats a plena satisfacció per a l’administració publica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;En cap cas es valoraran a la fase de concurs els mèrits no acreditats documentalment en la forma establerta en les presents bases. El tribunal podrà sol·licitar aclariments respecte a la documentació que ofereixi dubtes, sense que es permeti la presentació de nova documentació per subsanar el defecte d’acreditació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La fase de concurs no serà eliminatòria i no podrà tenir-se en compte per superar les proves de la fase d’oposició. La puntuació màxima de la fase de concurs serà de 40 punts. La valoració dels mèrits de la fase de concurs s’incorporarà a la puntuació final obtinguda per aquells aspirants que hagin superat les proves eliminatòries de la fase d’oposició, a efectes de determinar la qualificació final dels aspirants i l’ordre de puntuació d’aquests. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Els aspirants que hagin superat almenys el cas pràctic&lt;/strong&gt; i no figurin finalment en la relació d’aprovats que obtingui la plaça convocada, passaran a formar part d’una borsa de treball que serà gestionada amb el següent ordre de prelació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1.- Els que hagin superat els exercicis obligatoris i eliminatoris. En aquest cas es sumarà la puntuació del concurs a la dels dos exercicis obligatoris i eliminatoris, establint d’aquesta manera l’ordre de prelació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2.- Els que només hagin superat l’exercici pràctic. En aquest cas l’ordre de prelació es determinarà per la puntuació de l’exercici pràctic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Aquesta borsa substituirà a les que estiguin vigents fins a les hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
