	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;I.- El Consell d’Administració de l’Institut Balear de la Natura (IBANAT), en&amp;nbsp; reunió celebrada en data 27 de febrer de 2014, vist l’informe del director-gerent, va aprovar la proposta de preus dels treballs de l’IBANAT per a l’exercici 2014 així com les tarifes aplicables als serveis, ventes i activitats realitzades per l’Institut. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;II.- Aquests preus de treball i tarifes aplicables són el recull de tots els preus que restaven vigents a l’entitat ESPAIS DE NATURA BALEAR fins al mes de juny de 2013 i l’INSTITUT BALEAR DE LA NATURA, a partir de tal data , i una vegada assumits tots els drets i deures de la primera entitat, en virtut del que preveu l’article 2 del Decret 23/2013, de 24 de maig, d’extinció de l’entitat pública empresarial Espais de Natura Balear i d’assumpció de les seves funcions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;III.- S’inclou també a la present les tarifes aplicables als serveis, ventes i activitats realitzades per IBANAT per a l’exercici 2014, incloent les entrades als centres d’interpretació, activitats i visites guiades, publicacions, refugis i albergs així com venta de plantes. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;IV.-L’article 14 l) del Decret 24/2013, de 24 de maig, d’Aprovació dels Estatuts d’IBANAT , estableix que “ &lt;em&gt;El Consell d’Administració,té les funcions següents: ....l) aprovar els preus privats que corresponguin per la prestació de serveis en règim privat. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Per tot l’anterior, a la sessió celebrada el passat dia 27 de febrer de 2014, el Consell d’Administració d’IBANAT, va adoptar entre altres el present acord: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primer&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Autoritzar els preus de treballs i tarifes aplicables als serveis, ventes i activitats realitzades per l’IBANAT per a l’exercici 2014 , segons &amp;nbsp;l’Acord del Consell d’Administració del dia 27 de febrer de 2014 , fent constar en la publicació que aquests preus restaran vigents fins que s’aprovin i es publiquin uns nous preus i tarifes en propers exercicis. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segon&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Acordar la publicació d’aquesta resolució i la relació de preus i tarifes &amp;nbsp;adjunta en el Butlletí Oficial de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears , per a general coneixement. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tercer&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Aquesta resolució tindrà vigència a partir de l’endemà de la seva publicació. ”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució , que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar potestativament recurs de reposició , davant el mateix òrgan que ho ha dictat, en el termini d’un mes, o bé directament recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de dos mesos , d’acord amb el que estableix l’article 40 del Decret 24/2013, de 24 maig , en els articles 116 i 117 de la Llei 30/1992 , de 26 de novembre , de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, i&amp;nbsp; article 10.1.a) i 46 de la Llei 29/1998 , de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa , sense perjudici que , d’acord amb el que preveu l’article 58.2 de la llei 30/1992 , es pugui exercitar qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri procedent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
