En data 20 d’octubre de 2014 la Fundació Balear d’Innovació i Tecnologia presenta davant la Conselleria d’Economia i Competitivitat la documentació justificativa de les tarifes que es proposen per a l’execució dels encàrrecs que facin a la Fundació Balear d’Innovació i Tecnologia l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i la resta de poders adjudicadors.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></p> <p style="margin-left:14.2pt;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">1.&nbsp;&nbsp; El Text refós de la Llei de contractes del sector públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 3/2011, de 14 de novembre i, en particular, els articles 4.1 <em>n</em> i 24.6 del Text refós esmentat.</span></p> <p style="margin-left:14.2pt;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">2.&nbsp;&nbsp; El Decret 147/2000, de 10 de novembre, sobre contractació de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i, en particular, l’article 9 del Decret esmentat.</span></p> <p style="margin-left:14.2pt;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">3.&nbsp; Els Estatuts de la Fundació Balear d’Innovació i Tecnologia, autoritzats per l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 26 de juliol de 2013 i, en particular, l’article 4 d’aquest Estatut.</span></p> <p style="margin-left:14.2pt;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Per tot això, dict la següent</span></p> <p style="margin-left: 14.2pt;
