	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De conformitat amb l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, i no havent-se pogut practicar la notificació pels mitjans legalment establerts, es posa en coneixement de l’interessat, que en data 21 de juliol de 2014 s’ha emès, per part de l’Instructor, la corresponent Proposta de Resolució relatiu a l’expedient de disciplina de medi ambient:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

L’expedient es troba a disposició de l’interessat en el Dept. de Medi Ambient, C/ Ciutat núm. 20, 07580 de Capdepera, en horari de Dilluns a Divendres de 9 a 14h i Dimarts de 16 a 18h).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
