new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">1.- L’article 12 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, estableix que corresponen a l’Escola Balear d’Administració Pública (EBAP) la formació, la capacitació i el perfeccionament del personal al servei de l’Administració autonòmica i de les entitats que en depenen, i, en els termes establerts en aquesta Llei i en la normativa de desplegament, la realització d’activitats formatives al personal al servei de les altres administracions radicades a les Illes Balears, especialment en relació amb els col·lectius de policia local, protecció civil, seguretat pública i emergències. </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">2.- L’article 1 del Decret 191/1996, de 25 d’octubre, pel qual es regulen les condicions generals de les activitats formatives que organitza la Conselleria d’Interior (ara, Conselleria d’Administracions Públiques), indica que l’Institut Balear d’Administració Pública (ara, Escola Balear d’Administració Pública) és el principal instrument de la política formativa de l’Administració pública de les Illes Balears i elabora periòdicament diferents plans de formació que responen als principis d’eficàcia i de qualitat de les activitats formatives, amb la finalitat d’afavorir la participació del personal al servei de l’Administració.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">3.- La Llei 2/1998, de 13 de març, d’ordenació d’emergències a les Illes Balears, atribueix les competències en matèria de formació del personal de la policia local i d’emergències a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, la qual, d’acord amb les entitats locals interessades, ha de promoure i assegurar la implantació d’un sistema de capacitació que asseguri la formació professional continuada, a fi d’aconseguir una homogeneïtzació adequada entre els diversos col·lectius professionals i perquè assoleixin un nivell formatiu satisfactori. </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">4.- L’article 28 de la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, disposa que correspon a la conselleria competent en matèria de coordinació de policies locals, mitjançant l’Escola Balear d’Administració Pública, l’exercici de les competències en matèria de formació dels membres dels cossos de policia local. </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">5.- L’article 4 dels Estatuts de l’EBAP, aprovats pel Decret 31/2012, de 13 d’abril, inclou entre els objectius específics de l’EBAP: </span></p> <ul> <li> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">La formació, la capacitació i el perfeccionament del personal al servei de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i, si escau, de la resta d’administracions públiques del seu àmbit territorial.</span></li> <li> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">La formació del personal dels àmbits de la policia local, de protecció civil, de seguretat i d’emergències.</span></li> <li> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">La inserció laboral i la promoció de persones amb discapacitat a les administracions de l’àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears.</span></li> </ul> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Altrament, l’article 11.2 <em>e</em> dels Estatuts inclou entre les competències del Consell de Direcció de l’EBAP l’aprovació dels plans de formació. </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">6.- També s’ha de fer referència a l’Acord de formació per a l’ocupació de les administracions públiques de 19 de juliol de 2013, publicat per la Resolució de 8 d’octubre de 2013 de la Secretaria d’Estat d’Administracions Públiques (BOE núm. 252, de 21 d’octubre).</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">7.- D’altra banda, la Llei 59/2003, de 19 de desembre, de signatura electrònica, regula aquest tipus de signatura, la seva eficàcia jurídica i la prestació de serveis de certificació.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">8.- L’objecte de la resolució és la convocatòria dels cursos dels diferents plans de formació que ha programat l’EBAP per al segon semestre de l’any 2014. </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">9.- El Consell de Direcció de l’EBAP va aprovar els plans de formació del segon semestre del 2014 en la sessió de 10 de setembre de 2014.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Per tot això, dict la següent</span></p> <div style="page-break-after: always;"> <span style="display: none;">&nbsp;</span></div> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>RESOLUCIÓ</strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">1.- Aprovar la convocatòria dels cursos i accions formatives del Pla de Formació en Seguretat i Emergències programats per l’Escola Balear d’Administració Pública per al segon semestre de l’any 2014. S’adjunten com a annex 1 les instruccions que han de regir les activitats formatives programades i com a annex 2 l’oferta formativa del segon semestre del pla de formació de l’any 2014. </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">2.- Publicar aquesta Resolució en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em>. </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">3.- Publicar l’oferta formativa, els objectius, els continguts i els destinatirs dels cursos programats per al segon semestre de l’any 2014 a la pàgina web &lt;http://ebap.caib.es&gt;. </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Interposició de recursos</strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Contra aquesta Resolució —que exhaureix la via administrativa— es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la presidenta de l’Escola Balear d’Administració Pública en el termini d’un mes comptador des de l’endemà d’haver-se publicat en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em>, d’acord amb l’article 117 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment comú, i l’article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l’endemà d’haver-se publicat la Resolució, d’acord amb l’article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. </span></p> <p> </p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Palma, 10 de setembre de 2014</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>La presidenta de l’EBAP</strong><br /> M. Núria Riera Martos</span></p> <div style="page-break-after: always;"> <span style="display: none;">&nbsp;</span></div> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>ANNEX 1</strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Instruccions sobre les activitats formatives programades del Pla de Formació Policial, del Pla de Formació de Seguretat, Emergències i Bombers i del Pla de Formació de Voluntaris de Protecció Civil del segon semestre de l’any 2014 de l’Escola Balear d’Administració Pública (EBAP)</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Instruccions generals</strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Punt 1. Persones destinatàries</strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">1.1. L’EBAP adreça la seva oferta formativa del Pla de Formació Policial a tots els membres de les policies locals de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears que hagin estat en actiu durant el primer semestre de l’any 2014.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">1.2. L’EBAP adreça la seva oferta formativa del Pla de Formació de Seguretat, Emergències i Bombers a tot el personal de seguretat de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, el personal d’emergències de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i els membres dels bombers que estiguin en actiu durant el primer semestre de l’any 2014.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">1.3. L’EBAP adreça la seva oferta formativa inclosa en el Pla de Voluntaris de Protecció Civil als voluntaris de protecció civil que estiguin vinculats a alguna agrupació durant el primer semestre de l’any 2014.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Punt 2. Nombre màxim de sol·licituds</strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Les persones interessades poden sol·licitar un màxim de cinc cursos presencials o semipresencials i dos en línia per semestre. S’ha d’emplenar una sol·licitud per a cada curs.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">En cap cas, la persona interessada no pot assistir a la mateixa activitat encara que es tracti d’edicions diferents. En cas de detectar-se aquesta circumstància durant el curs, aquesta persona serà donada de baixa automàticament i no tendrà dret a certificat. </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Punt 3. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds</strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">3.1. El termini d’inscripció als cursos corresponents al segon semestre del Pla de Formació Policial, del Pla de Formació de Seguretat, Emergències i Bombers i del Pla de Voluntaris de Protecció Civil</span> <span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">és de quinze dies naturals, </span>comptadors des de l’endemà que s'hagi publicat aquesta Resolució en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em>.<span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);"> Les sol·licituds presentades fora de termini no es tenen en compte.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">3.2. Són d’aplicació a aquests plans de formació les noves formes d’inscripció a les accions formatives —modalitat d’inscripció de «darrer minut»—, aprovades mitjançant la Resolució de la presidenta de l’EBAP d’11 de juliol de 2009 (BOIB núm. 110, de 30 de juliol de 2009). En aquest sentit, </span>una vegada publicada la llista definitiva de persones admeses, les persones interessades que, d’acord amb el punt 1 de l’annex de la Resolució esmentada abans,<span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);"> presentin una sol·licitud dins un nou termini d’inscripció en el registre de qualsevol ens o òrgan de l’Administració diferent de l’EBAP, han d’avançar la sol·licitud i els justificants dels requisits, si escau, per fax, al número 971 17 76 19, </span>o a l’adreça electrònica &lt;formaciopolicial@ebap.caib.es&gt;<span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Punt 4. Material didàctic dels cursos</strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">4.1. És d’aplicació a aquests plans de formació la Instrucció del gerent de l’Escola Balear d’Administració Pública (EBAP) de 2 de novembre de 2011 per la qual l’EBAP deixa de reproduir material didàctic en format de paper i en format de CD per als cursos que organitza. Llevat d’excepcions degudament justificades, el material didàctic dels cursos es publicarà en el repositori de material que hi ha a la pàgina web &lt;</span>http://ebap.caib.es&gt;.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">4.2. En cap cas, el material didàctic no s’enviarà per correu electrònic. Transcorregut un mes des que acabi el curs, el material didàctic s’eliminarà del repositori.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Punt 5. Llistes de persones admeses </strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">5.1. L’EBAP publicarà a la pàgina web &lt;</span>http://ebap.caib.es&gt; <span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">la llista de persones admeses i també comunicarà individualment l’admissió mitjançant l’adreça electrònica adscrita al número de registre de personal o, si s'escau, l’adreça electrònica facilitada en la sol·licitud en paper o en la matrícula per Internet.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">5.2. En el cas que les persones sol·licitants hagin canviat d’adreça electrònica, n’han d’informar l’EBAP. També han d’informar l’EBAP si ja no és operativa l’adreça electrònica que facilitaren en un principi.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">5.3. En el cas dels empleats públics de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, l’admissió als cursos, sigui quin sigui l'horari d’impartició, no suposa cap autorització de l’EBAP per deixar el lloc de feina si coincideix amb l’horari laboral. </span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">Punt 6. Anul·lació i modificació dels cursos i resolució de casos especials</span></strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">6.1. L’EBAP, per desenvolupar millor les funcions que té encomanades, pot suprimir cursos; organitzar-ne de no programats amb anterioritat per necessitats puntuals que hagin sorgit; efectuar-ne diverses edicions sempre que les circumstàncies ho aconsellin així, i modificar-ne, si és pertinent, els continguts, la durada, les dates i els programes enunciats per a adaptar-los als requeriments de la formació.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">6.2. Correspon a la cap del Departament de Formació i Selecció de l’EBAP, a proposta dels caps d’estudis corresponents, i una vegada consultat el Servei Jurídic de l’EBAP, resoldre els dubtes, les confusions o les incidències que puguin sorgir sobre l’aplicació d’aquestes instruccions, o sobre els casos concrets que no s’hi prevegin o que sorgeixin de manera excepcional.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">6.3. Els comportaments i les actituds dels participants en els cursos que impedeixin que es desenvolupin amb normalitat podran donar lloc a l’exclusió dels cursos, o a modificar-los o cancel·lar-los, amb l’informe justificatiu de la cap del Departament de Formació i Selecció de l’EBAP, a proposta dels caps d’estudis corresponents.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">Punt 7. Llista d’espera</span></strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">7.1. En totes les activitats formatives es poden establir places de reserva per a cobrir les baixes o les renúncies que hi hagi. La llista d’espera es publicarà a la pàgina web &lt;</span>http://ebap.caib.es&gt; <span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">en el moment de la selecció. </span>No es publicarà cap actualització de la llista d’espera, sinó que l’EBAP, permanentment, l’actualitzarà de manera interna.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">7.2. En qualsevol cas, correspon a l’EBAP la confirmació i la comunicació de l’admissió a un curs.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Punt 8. <span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">Obligació d’assistència i comunicació de baixa. Penalització</span></strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">8.1. Modalitat presencial</span></strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">8.1.1 Amb la sol·licitud es contreu l’obligació d’assistir o accedir a l’activitat formativa, segons la modalitat d’impartició. Si no es pot assistir a un curs, s’ha de comunicar per escrit a l’EBAP i s’ha de justificar, com a mínim, cinc dies hàbils abans de començar-lo. El fet de no comunicar una baixa serà causa d’exclusió, durant un any, per a altres cursos que l’EBAP organitzi amb posterioritat.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Això no obstant, l’assistència a un mínim del 50&nbsp;% de l’activitat formativa no representa motiu de penalització.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">8.1.2. <span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">Les absències superiors als límits fixats (20&nbsp;%), encara que estiguin justificades, suposen la pèrdua del dret a obtenir el certificat d’assistència i el certificat d’aprofitament que es regulen en el punt 10 d’aquestes instruccions.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">8.1.3. Les persones admeses tenen l’obligació d’assistir a la primera hora del primer dia del curs. En el cas que no hi assisteixin sense haver-ho justificat prèviament a l’EBAP, la seva plaça podrà ser ocupada per persones que hi asisteixin en la modalitat de «darrer minut», d’acord amb el que estableix la Resolució de la presidenta de l’EBAP d’11 de juliol de 2009.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">8.1.4. Les persones en la situació d’incapacitat temporal —excepte les que estan en situació de llicència per maternitat o paternitat i excedència per maternitat o paternitat o cura de familiars— no poden assistir a cap de les activitats formatives que hi ha en l’annex 1 d’aquesta Resolució. Aquesta circumstància s’ha de comunicar per escrit, perquè, si escau, es pugui cobrir la plaça vacant amb una altra persona i per a evitar la penalització.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">8.2. Modalitat en línia</span></strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">8.2.1. Els cursos de la modalitat en línia corresponents al Pla de Formació Policial, al Pla de Formació de Seguretat, Emergències i Bombers i al Pla de Formació de Voluntaris de Protecció Civil de 2014 es regeixen per les instruccions del Pla de Formació General i de Formació Sectorial de 2014.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">Punt 9. Nombre de persones assistents</span></strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">9.1. En general, els cursos han de tenir entre quinze i trenta alumnes. Aquesta xifra pot augmentar o disminuir només en el cas que la matèria del curs i/o l’estructura de l’activitat formativa ho permetin o recomanin.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">9.2. Es poden suspendre els cursos que tenguin un nombre d’inscrits i no exclosos inferior al </span>70&nbsp;% <span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">de les places ofertes o menys de quinze persones inscrites i no excloses a Mallorca; o inferior al 70&nbsp;% o menys de deu persones inscrites i no excloses a Menorca i a Eivissa; o inferior al 70&nbsp;% o menys de set persones inscrites i no excloses a Formentera.</span></span></p> <div style="page-break-after: always;"> <span style="display: none;">&nbsp;</span></div> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">Punt 10. Certificats d’aprofitament o d’assistència</span></strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">10.1. Les activitats objecte d’aquesta convocatòria donen lloc a obtenir el certificat d’assistència o d’aprofitament, segons correspongui.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">10.2. Certificat d’assistència</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">10.2.1. El certificat d’assistència es lliurarà als alumnes que acreditin una assistència, com a mínim, del 80&nbsp;% de les hores lectives del curs. No es computaran les signatures dels assistents que corresponguin als dies en què la persona interessada hagi estat en la condició d’incapacitat temporal.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">10.2.2. L’única forma de demostrar l’assistència a un curs és mitjançant la signatura; per això, els alumnes s’han d’assegurar que han signat el full de control d’entrada i de sortida de cada una de les sessions del curs a què assisteixin.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">D’altra banda, la falsificació de la signatura suposa la pèrdua del dret a certificat i l’exclusió dels cursos de l’EBAP durant un any. </span>En qualsevol cas, la signatura ha de coincidir amb la del DNI o amb la de la sol·licitud d’inscripció. La penalització es farà extensible a la persona autora de la falsificació, independentment de totes les altres accions que s'ajustin al dret que es puguin dur a terme.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">En cap cas els cursos de la modalitat en línia no donen lloc a obtenir el certificat d’assistència.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">10.3. Certificat d’aprofitament</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">10.3.1. L’obtenció del certificat d’aprofitament obliga a demostrar el coneixement de les matèries del curs. Aquest coneixement serà avaluat mitjançant la superació de proves escrites i/o orals, treballs o d’altres exercicis relacionats amb el contingut de l’activitat formativa.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">Punt 11. Llista de persones amb dret al certificat d’aprofitament o al certificat d’assistència. Sol·licitud de certificat i reclamacion</span></strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">11.1. Es poden presentar reclamacions en el termini de trenta dies naturals, comptadors a partir de l’endemà d’haver estat publicada la llista de persones participants que tenen dret al certificat d’assistència o al certificat d’aprofitament. La manca de dades pot ser motiu d’exclusió. En el moment d’emplenar la sol·licitud, s’ha de signar una declaració de responsabilitat sobre la veracitat de les dades consignades inclosa en el mateix tràmit telemàtic, o a l’imprès de sol·licitud.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">2.3. Els requisits que es requereixen en alguns cursos s’han d’acreditar juntament amb la sol·licitud i de manera individualitzada.
