	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;FAIG CONSTAR: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1. Que en data 22 de juny de 2013 es va publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; la Resolució de 19 de juny de 2013 per la qual s’aprovaren la convocatòria, les bases, el barem de mèrits i la designació de les comissions tècniques de valoració del procediment per a la provisió de llocs de treball del personal funcionari de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 88, de 22 de juny).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2. Que mitjançant la Resolució de 28 de gener de 2014 (BOIB núm. 19, de 6 de febrer) s’adjudicaren, segons la proposta definitiva signada per les comissions tècniques de valoració, els llocs de treball del personal funcionari de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears que eren l’objecte del procediment esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;3. Que s’han estimat diversos recursos administratius interposats contra la proposta definitiva d’adjudicació dels llocs de treball i/o contra la Resolució de 28 de gener de 2014 per la qual s’adjudicaren, i que la resolució d’aquests recursos s’ha notificat personalment a les persones interessades el mes de juliol de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;4. Que l’estimació dels recursos esmentats ha suposat modificacions en les adjudicacions dels llocs de treball següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
