    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 0.35cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es fa públic que el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca, en sessió ordinària de data 16 de desembre de 2013, ha adoptat el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 0.35cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que per acord del Consell executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca de data 28/10/2013, es va aprovar el contracte de serveis per a la vigilància i seguretat d&amp;apos;alguns edificis i/o serveis del Consell Insular de Menorca, per procediment obert i tramitació ordinària;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="line-height: 0.35cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Atès l’anunci de licitació publicat en el DOUE núm. DO/S S212, de data 31/10/2013, enviat per a la seva publicació el dia 29/10/2013, d’acord amb la qual cosa el termini de presentació de pliques finalitzava el dia 9/12/2013;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 0.35cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que en el període de presentació d’ofertes no se&amp;apos;n va presentar cap, tal com consta en el corresponent certificat;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="line-height: 0.35cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I atès el Decret de Presidència nombre 101, de 4 de juliol de 2011 de determinació de les atribucions del Consell Executiu;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="line-height: 0.35cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;El Consell Executiu, per unanimitat, ha adoptat el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="line-height: 0.35cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;DECLARAR DESERTA la contractació de la PRESTACIÓ DE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; SERVEIS PER A LA VIGILÀNCIA I SEGURETAT D&amp;apos;ALGUNS EDIFICIS PÚBLICS I/O SERVEIS DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE MENORCA,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; per procediment obert i tramitació ordinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
