&lt;/div&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FA SABER:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- Que la Junta de Govern d’aquesta Mancomunitat amb data 14 de novembre de 2012 ha aprovat amb caràcter inicial el Pressupost general, quant a article i únic grup de funció, Bases d’execució i Plantilla de personal d’aquesta Mancomunitat, que ha de regir en l’exercici de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Que el dit expedient se sotmet a exposició pública durant el període de quinze dies, de conformitat amb el que estableix l’article 169 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s’aprova el text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, a efectes que els interessats que s’assenyalen a l’apartat 1 de l’article 170 de la dita llei puguin examinar-lo i presentar, en el seu cas, reclamacions pels motius que s’indiquen a l’apartat 2 del mateix article.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.- Que en absència de reclamacions, el dit acord s’entendrà elevat a definitiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.- Que el resum del pressupost resumit de capítols d’ingressos i despeses que apareix anivellat, plantilla de personal, és el que a continuació s’indica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
