    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; De conformitat amb el que disposen els articles 59 i 61 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú (BOE 285, de 27 de novembre de 1992), es fa pública la notificació de les resoluciones dictades pel cap provincial de Trànsit de la provincia que, un cop tramitats els expedients corresponents, declaren la pèrdua de vigència de les autoritzacions administratives per conduir de les quals són titulars les persones que s&amp;apos;esmenten a continuació, ja que s&amp;apos;ha intentat la notificació al últim domicili conegut i aquesta no s&amp;apos;ha pogut practicar.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; Contra aquestes resoluciones podrà interposar-se RECURS D&amp;apos;ALÇADA en el termini d&amp;apos;UN MES, a comptar des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació d&amp;apos;aquest edicte al Butlletí Oficial o Diari Oficial corresponent, davant el director general de Trànsit.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; Aquestes resolucions són executives immediatament, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que disposa l&amp;apos;article 94 de la Llei de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, per la qual cosa les persones que s&amp;apos;esmenten a continuació no podran conduir des del dia següent al de la publicació del present edicte al Butlletí Oficial o Diari Oficial corresponent.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; Els expedients corresponents són a la Prefectura Provincial de Trànsit.&lt;/p&gt;
