    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D’acord amb allò que disposen els arts. 112 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de les bases del Règim Local, y l’article 169 del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de març, text refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, el Ple de l’Ajuntament en sessió ordinària celebrada el dia 26 de setembre de 2013, va aprovar el Pressupost General d’aquest Ajuntament amb les corresponents Bases d’execució, constituït pel Pressupost&amp;nbsp; del propi Ajuntament, així com la Plantilla de Personal d’aquesta Entitat per a l’exercici 2014&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vists que l’ article 169 del Real Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, per el que s’aprova el text refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, en el seu apartat primer diu: Aprovat inicialment el pressupost general, s’exposa al públic, amb l’anunci en el Butlletí oficial de la província o, sí escau, de la comunitat autònoma uniprovincial, per 15 dies, durant els quals els interessats el poden examinar i presentar reclamacions; en cas contrari, el ple disposa d’un termini d’un mes per resoldre-les.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Resultant que durant el termini d’exposició al públic de l’acord plenari de data 26 de setembre de 2013,&amp;nbsp; relatiu a la aprovació inicial del Pressupost General d’aquesta Corporació per l’any 2014, no s’han presentat reclamacions segons certificació de Secretaria de data 31 d’octubre de 2013, si bé mitjançant acord plenari de 22 de novembre de 2013 es va inadmetre una al·legació presentada fora de termini i aprovar el pressupost definitivament, &amp;nbsp;es publica el resum del mateix per capítols.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per a la resta de Tinents de Batle i membres de la Corporació amb dedicació exclusiva, TRENTA-DOS MIL SIS-CENTS SEIXANTA-SIS EUROS AMB SEIXANTA-SET CÈNTIMS (32.666,67 €) anuals pagables en catorze mensualitats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tots ells, són d&amp;apos;alta en el Règim General de la Seguretat Social, i la Corporació assumeix el pagament de les quotes empresarials que correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quant al règim de les assistències, cada membre de la Corporació sense dedicació exclusiva o parcial, tindrà dret a les&amp;nbsp; remuneracions expressades a la següent taula:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les assistències es faran efectives cada dos mesos. En aquests efectes, per la Secretaria de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament es certificarà el tipus i nombre de sessions convocades i l&amp;apos;assistència efectiva de cadascun dels membres sense dedicació exclusiva o parcial i el Cap de Personal elaborarà la documentació amb la retenció que legalment pertoqui.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En compliment amb l’establert a l’article 30 de la Llei orgànica 2/2012, de 27 d’abril, d’estabilitat pressupostària i sostenibilitat financera, i en coherència amb l’objectiu d’estabilitat pressupostària i la regla de despesa regulats en la citada Llei, el límit màxim de despesa no financera d’aquest Ajuntament, que marcarà el sostre d’assignació de recursos d’aquests pressupostos, és de 19.435.245,54 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta aprovació podrà ser impugnada davant la jurisdicció Contenciós-Administrativa, amb els requisits, formalitats i causes assenyalades a l’article 170 y 171 del Text Refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes&amp;nbsp; locals, aprovat per Reial Decret Legislatiu&amp;nbsp; 2/2004, de 5 de març, i en la forma i terminis que estableixin les normes de l’esmentada Jurisdicció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
