    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb el que preveuen els articles 59.5 i 61 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, es notifica a les persones relacionades a continuació que, de conformitat al que es disposa en el Reglament del procediment sancionador, la instructora dels expedients sancionadors que s&amp;apos;indiquen en l&amp;apos;annex del present Edicte, basant-se en els fonaments que de manera específica i succinta han estat explicats en cadascun d&amp;apos;ells, ha formulat la Proposta de Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se&amp;apos;ls&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; comunica que disposen d&amp;apos;un termini d&amp;apos;audiència i vista de l&amp;apos;expedient de 15 dies per formular al·legacions i presentar els documents que estimin pertinents amb l&amp;apos;advertiment que, si transcorregut el citat termini no les presentassin, es declararà conclusa la fase d&amp;apos;instrucció i no s&amp;apos;admetran ni seran tingudes en compte altres al·legacions. Així mateix se&amp;apos;ls comunica que si reconeixen la seva responsabilitat es pot resoldre el procediment mitjançant el pagament voluntari de la sanció proposada, que ha de fer-se en el Servei de Recaptació Municipal (C/ Can Vic, núm. 14, de Calvià). Els corresponents expedients són al Departament d&amp;apos;Inspecció i Infraccions de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià (C/ Julià Bujosa Sans, batle, núm. 1, de Calvià).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
