&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;JOAN JAUME RAMIS, Batle-President de l’Ajuntament de Lloret de Vistalegre, presenta la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;MODIFICACIÓ DE LA BASE 2 PUNT 1 DE LA QUOTA TRIBUTÀRIA L’ORDENANÇA REGULADORA DE LA TAXA PER DRETS FUNERARIS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.- L&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Lloret de Vistalegre procedirà a l&amp;apos;atorgament a particulars de concessions&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;temporals per un termini de 75 anys de drets funeraris sobre unitats d’enterrament corresponents del Cementiri Municipal. Els drets funeraris a concedir ho seran sobre les següents unitats d’enterrament i preus:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per tombes de menys de 7m2: 40 euros/tomba&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per tombes de 7 a 12 m2: 60 euros/tomba.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per tombes de més de 12 m2: 80 euros/tomba.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per cada expedició de títol de propietat funerària i còpies: 30 euros ( d’acord amb l’article 6 l’Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per expedició de documents administratius).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
