text/html 59543 59542 CAIB 529301 ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">L’apartat 9.3. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) d’11 d’octubre de 2012 per la qual es convoquen, per a l’exercici 2012, subvencions per a la modernització de les explotacions agrícoles especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears </em>d’acord amb els termes que preveu l’article 60.2 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l’article 59 de la Llei 30/1992, de &nbsp;&nbsp;novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú.&nbsp;</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">Aquestes ajudes s’emmarquen dintre el Programa de Desenvolupament Rural de les Illes Balears per a la modernització de les explotacions agràries. L’import de l’ajuda concedida s’abonarà als beneficiares a través de transferència bancària, una vegada justificat el compliment de la finalitat i de l’aplicació de la subvenció, i amb l’autorització prèvia del director gerent del FOGAIBA.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">En data 14 de novembre de 2013 el vicepresident del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) va dictar resolució individual de concessió d’ajuda convocada mitjançant la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) d’11 d’octubre de 2012 per la qual es convoquen, per a l’exercici 2012, subvencions per a la modernització de les explotacions agrícoles a cadascun dels beneficiaris de la relació que s’adjunta a l’Annex I, i que inclou en cada cas la inversió aprovada, l’ajuda concedida i el termini per executar i justificar les inversions aprovades.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">Aquestes ajudes reben un cofinançament del 35% del FEADER (línea FEADER núm. 050405011211004), del Ministeri d’Agricultura, Alimentació i Medi Ambient del 40% (MAGRAMA) &nbsp;i del 25% de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (CAIB) del pressupost vigent.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">El beneficiari s’obliga a: </span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Realitzar les inversions o activitats auxiliades, dins del termini establert a l’Annex I<strong>.</strong></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Justificar les despeses relacionades amb la inversió segons el desglossament aportat a la sol·licitud.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Exercir l&apos;activitat agrària a l&apos;explotació objecte d&apos;ajuda i mantenir les inversions realitzades durant almenys cinc anys comptats des de la data de la concessió de l&apos;ajuda; així com mantenir els requisits i condicions exigibles pel que fa a les condicions de l&apos;explotació i beneficiari durant aquest període.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Els joves agricultors que s&apos;acullin a les mesures d&apos;instal·lació i modernització alhora, hauran de complir, a més, la resta d&apos;obligacions que els són imposades per ser beneficiaris de la subvenció per a la instal·lació de joves.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Complir les normes comunitàries aplicables a la inversió de la qual es tracti i les específiques que puguin assenyalar-se en funció del tipus d&apos;explotació.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Adoptar les mesures que siguin necessàries per proporcionar informació al públic i donar-ne publicitat. Per a accions que suposin inversions que superin un cost total de 50.000 euros, el beneficiari haurà de col·locar una placa explicativa amb les característiques que indica el punt 9 de l&apos;apartat 4 de la Resolució de la convocatòria.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif;
