&lt;h1&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Concepte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h1&gt; 
&lt;h2&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Conforme disposa l’article 127 en relació amb l’article 41, ambdós del R.D. 2/2004, de 5 de març, del Text Refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, l’Ajuntament estableix el preu públic per la prestació del servei de cursos d’adults.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h3&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Obligats al pagament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h3&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estan obligats al pagament les persones naturals o jurídiques que sol·licitin, per a ells o per a tercers qualsevol dels serveis, activitat o prestació previst en aquest acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quantia i tarifes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La quantia del preu públic regulat en aquesta ordenança serà fixada a les tarifes que s’especifiquen a l’annex de l’ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normes de gestió&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El pagament del preu públic es farà a les pròpies instal·lacions municipals mitjançant domiciliació bancària, o ingrés a comptes restringits d’ingressos. L’organització informarà de les formes d’ingrés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
