    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atesa la impossibilitat de notificar les resolucions a les persones interessades, en compliment del que disposa l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, per mitjà d’aquest edicte es notifica i es fa saber a les persones interessades que el director general de Salut Pública i Consum ha dictat una resolució per la qual es té per no presentada la comunicació prèvia i no es practica la inscripció en el Registre d’Empreses, Establiments i Productes del Sector Alimentari de les Illes Balears subjectes a control oficial dels establiments que s’indiquen a continuació, i se’ls fa saber que contra la resolució poden interposar un recurs d’alçada davant el conseller de Salut, en el termini d’un mes, comptador a partir de l’endemà d’aquesta publicació, d’acord amb el que disposen els articles 114.1 i 115 de la Llei 30/1992 i l’article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els expedients són a disposició de les persones interessades a la Direcció General de Salut Pública i Consum (carrer de Jesús 38 A, de Palma) i en el Centre Insular d’Eivissa i Formentera (via Romana, 81, d’Eivissa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
