    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Per no haver pogut ésser notificada al domicili que consta a aquest Ajuntament, el TRÀMIT D’AUDIENCIA ALS INTERESSATS A LA LLICÈNCIA D’OBRES EXP. 65/11, acordada per Decret de la Regidoria d’Urbanisme núm. 580/12 de 22 de maig &amp;nbsp;de 2012, d’acord amb el que disposa l’art. 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, pel present Anunci es notifica al senyor Justo Viñals Sancho com a representant &amp;nbsp;de BALEARCASA OBRAS Y PROYECTOS SL, la resolució dictada per la Regidoria d’Urbanisme, que a continuació es transcriu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;“...HE RESOLT:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Primer-&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Atorgar un termini d’audiència de deu dies hàbils per tal que, els&amp;nbsp; titulars de la llicència d’obres exp. Num. 65/11,&amp;nbsp; facin les observacions o al·legacions que creguin pertinents en relació amb la sol·licitud feta per Concepción Rebollo en representació del seu germà Francisco Rebollo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Segon.-&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; En cas de no&amp;nbsp; presentar cap observació o al·legació en el termini concedit, aquest Ajuntament adoptarà la resolució que estimi pertinent en relació amb la sol·licitud presentada per la interessada.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Tercer -&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Comunicar la present resolució als titulars que consten a l’expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;La qual cosa li comunic perquè en prengui coneixement i tingui els efectes pertinents, fent-vos saber que d’acord el que disposa la resolució que se us trasllada disposa d’un termini de deu dies hàbils per presentar les observacions o al·legacions que creguin pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
