    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per acord de la Junta de Govern Local de data 15 de novembre de 2013 s’ha aprovat l’expedient de contractació de les obres de la primera fase del reordenació urbana del carrer Sant Lluís (Es Cós), mitjançant procediment obert, tramitació urgent, oferta econòmicament més avantatjosa i varis criteris d’adjudicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D’acord amb l’article 188.3 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears els plecs de clàusules administratives s’exposen al públic durant un termini de 10 dies naturals comptats des del següent al de la publicació d’aquest anunci al BOIB; simultàniament s’inicia el procediment de licitació si bé s’ajornarà el que resulti necessari si es formulessin reclamacions contra els plecs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
