&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vist l&amp;apos;informe emès per la Policia Local en relació al fet de no residir en domicili on consta empadronada/o.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vist l&amp;apos;art.54.1 del reglament de Població i Demarcació, que contempla l’obligació d’inscriure’s en el Padró d’habitants de la població en què resideix habitualment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Intentada, sense efecte, la notificació al domicili on consta empadronat/a, es publica el present anunci i se li requereix perquè realitzi l’alta o el canvi de domicili en el municipi corresponent, a l’efecte de poder donar-li de baixa en el Padró d’habitants i se li concedeix un termini de deu dies a partir de la publicació del present edicte en el BOIB per presentar al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Transcorregut l’esmentat termini sense que s’hagin presentat al·legacions, l’ajuntament, d’acord amb l&amp;apos;art.72 del Reglament de Població i Demarcació, li donarà de baixa d’ofici per inscripció indeguda, previ informe favorable del Consell d’empadronament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
