&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No havent estat possible la notificació personal a la persona interessada en el domicili indicat a l’expedient i d’acord amb l’establert a l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i de Procediment Administratiu Comú, i en compliment de la normativa de protecció de dades de caràcter personal és procedeix a la publicació del present anunci de resolució emesa pel President del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quedant a disposició de les mateixes, l’expedient sancionador corresponent a cada una d’elles, a la seu del Consell Insular de Formentera, Plaça de la Constitució nº 1 07860 Sant Francesc, Formentera (Illes Balears). Així mateix, informar-los que poden formular les al·legacions que estimin pertinents, en el termini de quinze dies. Tot l’anterior, sens perjudici de les reclamacions o impugnacions que els interessats considerin pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
