    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Intentada sense efecte la notificació de PROPOSTA DE RESOLUCIO ordenada pel regidor delegat d’urbanisme al interessat/s que es relaciona/en, i atès que no s’ha pogut fer dita notificació, en compliment del que estableix l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, en concordança amb l’article 61,&amp;nbsp; es publica en el butlletí d’aquesta Comunitat Autònoma l’anunci&amp;nbsp; pel qual&amp;nbsp; es posa en coneixement de d’interessat. LA PROPOSTA DE RESOLUCIO&amp;nbsp; de data 10/10/2013, així com els següents extrems relatius a dita resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Data d’iniciació de l’expedient:&amp;nbsp; 10/10/2013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Assumpte: &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;les obres següent &lt;/span&gt;necessàries per conservar d’immoble en condicions de seguretat, salubritat, ornat públic i qualitat ambiental, cultural i turística són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. La col·locació de malles&amp;nbsp; metàl·liques de triple torsió.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La malla de triple torsió es un dels sistemes més habituals per la protecció contra els despreniments superficials de dimensions reduïdes. S’utilitzen malles fabricades amb filferro entre 2’0 i 3’0 mm de gruix, i amb forats de malla de entre 5 i 10 cm. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquestes malles tenen una resistència mitja a la ruptura de entre 5.000 a 6.400 Kg/m2. Es pot instal·lar en el talús com a sistema de guiatge de petits despreniments fins a la base del mateix, o com a sistema d’estabilització activa mitjançant el seu reforçament amb bulons, ancoratges i cables d’acer.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;2. La col·locació de malles de cable.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les malles o xarxes de cable son panells realitzats amb cable d’acer de entre 8 a 16 mm de gruix, amb forats de malla de entre 100 a 400 mm. S’utilitzen habitualment per la consolidació de talussos inestables, en combinació amb bulons o ancoratges i cables d’acer de reforç. Sovint s’utilitza en combinació amb malla de triple torsió.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;Els avantatges principals d’aquest sistema de consolidació activa son, l’aplicació continua de la càrrega en tota la superfície del terreny amb un increment de la seguretat i fiabilitat del bulonat, l’impacte ambiental i visual reduït, i que no s’interfereix el drenatge natural del terreny.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;3. La col·locació d’ancoratges i bulons.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;L’ancoratge es una tècnica de sosteniment que consisteix en empotrar en l’interior de les roques una barra d’acer, que aporta una resistència a la tracció, i que aprofitant les característiques resistents de la pròpia roca, facilita el seu sosteniment. Els ancoratges col·laboren a l’estabilitat d’un talús proporcionant una força contraria al moviment de la massa, i incrementant les tensions normals en la superfície de ruptura potencial. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Existeixen una gran varietat d’ancoratges, i les seves diferències venen determinades per: La finalitat a que van destinats. (subjecció de blocs aïllats, cosit de zones rocoses fisurades, protecció contra esllavissaments de talussos, sosteniment d’excavacions, etc.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;El tipus de material o armadura de que es composen, en barra d’acer de diàmetres entre 16 i 50 mm. i acer de entre 900 i 1230 N/mm2, o en cables de diferents configuracions i diàmetres. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Així mateix poden ser provisionals o permanents, passius o actius (tensats), ancorats per adherència amb resines o ciment, o per fricció. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
