    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local ha aprovat en data 23 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2013 les bases de la convocatòria d’aquesta subvenció per a la realització d’activitats durant l’exercici 2013, la qual cosa es publica per tal que els interessats puguin presentar sol·licituds de subvenció d’acord amb les següents bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Primer.– Objecte i finalitat.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;1.– La present &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Ordre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; té com a objecte convocar per a l&amp;apos;exercici 2013, subvencions en règim de concurrència competitiva, a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;persones físiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; o jurídiques, que siguin titulars de Centres de Primer Cicle d’Educació Infantil, per finançar les despeses de manteniment originats en els referits Centres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;2.– La finalitat d&amp;apos;aquestes subvencions és el foment i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;suport&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; de les Centres de Primer Cicle D’Educació Infantil que redundi en un menor cost de les places i faciliti l&amp;apos;accés en condicions més avantatjoses als nens &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;amb edat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; compresa entre 0 i 3 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Segon.– Beneficiaris.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Podran accedir a aquestes subvencions els titulars de Centres de Primer Cicle D’Educació Infantil, del Terme de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Felanitx&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; que estiguin qualificades i inscrites &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;en el registre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; administratiu creat a l&amp;apos;efecte, i adequades a la normativa vigent com a Centres d&amp;apos;Educació infantil de primer cicle o en procés d&amp;apos;adequació i que compleixin amb els requisits exigits a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;a) Atendre nens/es menors de tres anys&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;b) Trobar-se al corrent de les seves obligacions tributàries i de la Seguretat Social, segons el que disposa els articles 18 i 19 del RD 887/2006 de 21 De Juliol, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, General de Subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;c) Tenir uns ràtios adequats per a aquestes edats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;- 3-12 mesos, màxim: 7 nens/aula/educador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;- 12-24 mesos, màxim 12 nens/aula/educador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;- 24-36 mesos, màxim: 18 nens/aula/educador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-left: 80px; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Els dits ràtios hauran de complir-se en el moment de la presentació de la sol·licitud d&amp;apos;ajudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;d) La titulació del personal que atendrà els alumnes estarà adequat al que preveuen els articles 11 i 12 del RD 60/2008 de 2 de maig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;e) Comptar amb un ampli horari i flexible de menjador i prestar serveis durant 11 mesos a l&amp;apos;any&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;f) Utilitzar entre els criteris d&amp;apos;admissió el de nivell d&amp;apos;ingressos familiars, prioritzant els més baixos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;g) No estar sotmesos en cap de les prohibicions per obtenir la condició de beneficiari assenyalades en els apartats 2 i 3 de l&amp;apos;article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Tercer.– Dotació pressupostàr&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;ia.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;El crèdit assignat a la present convocatòria és de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;26.000,00 € &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;a càrrec del nivell de vinculació corresponent al nivell de vinculació jurídica corresponent a l’àrea de despesa 3 capítol IV, aplicació pressupostària &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;3210.472006 &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;del vigent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Pressupost&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Excepcionalment, i de conformitat a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;les regles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; contingudes en l&amp;apos;apartat 2 de l&amp;apos;article 58 del Reial Decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, aquesta quantia màxima podrà ser incrementada en una quantia addicional l&amp;apos;aplicació de la qual a la concessió de subvencions no requerirà d&amp;apos;una nova convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Quart&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;.– Despeses subvencionables.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Les subvencions concedides a l&amp;apos;empara de la present &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Ordre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; es destinaran a atendre les despeses següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;– &lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Despeses de personal, corresponents a salaris del personal que presti serveis en cada centre, incloses les cotitzacions per quota patronal a la Seguretat Social relativa a l&amp;apos;entitat titular del centre, així com les quantitats assignades a altres despeses, que comprendran els del personal d&amp;apos;administració i serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;– &lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Despeses d&amp;apos;alimentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;– &lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Altres despeses generals de manteniment del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cinquè.– Sol·licituds, termini i lloc de presentació.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;1.– Les sol·licituds es presentaran abans de 10 dies, a comptar de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria en el «Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears», &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;en el Registre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; General de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;2.– La presentació de les sol·licituds implica la plena acceptació de la present convocatòria. Igualment implicarà la declaració responsable de no trobar-se el sol·licitant sotmès en cap de les prohibicions per obtenir la condició de beneficiari de subvencions assenyalades en l&amp;apos;article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;3.– A la sol·licitud s&amp;apos;acompanyarà necessàriament en document original o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;fotocòpia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; compulsada la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;a) Documentació acreditativa i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;identificativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; del sol·licitant, i, si escau, del seu representant legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;b) Relació nominal del personal del Centre amb especificació de la seva titulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;c) Relació nominal d&amp;apos;alumnes de zero a tres anys, matriculats i assistents al centre en el moment de la presentació de la sol·licitud, amb indicació expressa de l&amp;apos;any de naixement i de les circumstàncies familiars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;d) Documentació acreditativa de l&amp;apos;autorització per impartir el primer cicle d&amp;apos;educació infantil o la corresponent autorització provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;e) Documentació acreditativa de la titularitat del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;compte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; corrent en què s&amp;apos;ingressarà, si escau, l&amp;apos;import de l&amp;apos;ajuda concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;f) Si escau, Certificat d&amp;apos;estar al corrent de les obligacions enfront de la Seguretat Social, expedit per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;g) Pressupost&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; de Despeses i Ingressos per a l&amp;apos;exercici que se sol·licita l&amp;apos;ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;h) Documentació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;acreditativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; de la titularitat del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;compte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; corrent en què s&amp;apos;ingressarà, si escau, l&amp;apos;import de l&amp;apos;ajuda concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;4.– Si la sol·licitud no estigués degudament &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;complimentada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; o no s&amp;apos;acompanya de la documentació exigida, es requerirà a l&amp;apos;interessat perquè, en un termini de 10 dies, esmeni la sol·licitud o enviï els documents preceptius, amb indicació que, si així no &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;ho fes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;, se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;li considerarà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; desistit de la seva petició conforme a allò que s&amp;apos;ha establert en l&amp;apos;article 71 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú i prèvia resolució de conformitat a allò que s&amp;apos;ha establert en l&amp;apos;article 42 del mateix&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; text legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;5.– L&amp;apos;òrgan gestor podrà demanar del sol·licitant quanta documentació i informació complementària &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;vulgui&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; necessàries per a la resolució de l&amp;apos;expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;6.– L&amp;apos;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;òrgan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; gestor incorporarà a l&amp;apos;expedient la certificació sobre la qualificació com a Centre de Primer Cicle d’Educació Infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Sisè- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Abonament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; de la Subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;El pagament s&amp;apos;efectuarà mitjançant transferència bancària. Totes les quantitats concedides s&amp;apos;ingressaran en un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;compte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; bancari a nom de l&amp;apos;entitat indicada en la sol·licitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Els beneficiaris hauran d&amp;apos;aportar, necessàriament, certificat de l&amp;apos;entitat financera per on desitgen que els sigui abonat l&amp;apos;import de la subvenció, en el que figurin els vint dígits del Codi &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Compte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; Client i en el que s&amp;apos;acrediti que el dit &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;compte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; correspon a l&amp;apos;Entitat Subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;El lliurament de les ajudes que, si escau, es concedeixin es realitzarà una vegada presentada la justificació prèvia fefaent de la realització de les activitats i l&amp;apos;aplicació de la subvenció, mitjançant la presentació de la documentació a què es refereix l&amp;apos;article 13è.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Setè.– &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Òrgan&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt; Instructor.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;El responsable d&amp;apos;afers socials d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament és l&amp;apos;òrgan competent per instruir el procediment i formular les propostes de resolució de concessió de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Correspon a l&amp;apos;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;òrgan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; instructor dur a terme les actuacions necessàries per comprovar i determinar les dades en virtut dels quals hagi de pronunciar-se la resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;La Comissió de Valoració, després de la comparació de les sol·licituds presentades, d&amp;apos;acord amb els criteris de Valoració establerts, emetrà un Informe en què es concreti el resultat de l&amp;apos;avaluació i la prelació de les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;La Comissió de Valoració elevarà a la Junta de Govern Local la proposta d&amp;apos;atorgament de les subvencions per a la seva aprovació definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;e) Serveis complementaris de la guarderia infantil: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;transport&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; o altres: fins a 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;La dotació pressupostària de la convocatòria serà distribuïda de la forma següent :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Valor del punt = Dotació pressupostària / total de punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Subvenció = Punts de l&amp;apos;expedient x valor punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Desè.– Resolució.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;1.– Les sol·licituds seran resoltes per la Junta de Govern de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, a la vista de la proposta de la Comissió de Valoració, assignarà objectivament i de forma individual les ajudes, ponderant en tot cas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;a) Interès general de l&amp;apos;activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;b) Dèficit d&amp;apos;activitats anàlogues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;c) Ajudes a aquelles activitats que sense la subvenció serien de difícil execució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;2.– La resolució de la sol·licitud es notificarà als interessats seguint allò que s&amp;apos;ha establert en els articles 58 i 59 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;3.– El termini màxim per resoldre i notificar la resolució serà de tres mesos a comptar de l&amp;apos;endemà de la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Transcorregut el dit termini sense que hagi recaigut una resolució expressa, les sol·licituds s&amp;apos;entendran desestimades, als efectes d&amp;apos;interposar els recursos administratius o d&amp;apos;una altra natura que corresponguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;4.– El dit Acord exhaureix la via administrativa i enfront d&amp;apos;ella podrà interposar-se potestativament recurs de reposició davant el mateix &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;òrgan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; que va resoldre, en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes a comptar de l&amp;apos;endemà de la seva notificació, o ser impugnada directament davant la Sala Contenciosa- Administratiu corresponent del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de Palma de Mallorca, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l&amp;apos;endemà de la seva notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Onzè.- Justificació:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;La justificació de les despeses corresponents a les subvencions atorgades, haurà de realitzar-se pels benef&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;iciaris, amb anterioritat al 15 de desembre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Dotzè.– Forma de justificació.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Per a la justificació de la subvenció s&amp;apos;haurà d&amp;apos;aportar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;a)Memòria final detallada del projecte desenvolupat objecte de la subvenció, que descrigui els objectius i resultats aconseguits, que inclogui declaració d&amp;apos;activitats realitzades amb descripció d&amp;apos;aquelles que han estat finançades amb la subvenció de referència i el seu cost, així com aquelles que hagin estat finançades amb fons propis o altres subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;b)Relació detallada i numerada seqüencialment de les factures i/o justificants de despeses, emesos a l&amp;apos;entitat beneficiària, així com nòmines i justificants de pagament a la Seguretat Social, i que derivin de les activitats realitzades durant l&amp;apos;any 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;c)Presentació d&amp;apos;original i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;còpia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; de totes les factures i/o justificants acreditatius de la despesa, amb data emissió que haurà de correspondre a l&amp;apos;any 2013, i per l&amp;apos;import total de la subvenció concedida, que derivin de les activitats realitzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Les còpies compulsades es quedaran a l&amp;apos;arxiu de l&amp;apos;entitat concedent i els originals estampillats, custodiats per l&amp;apos;entitat beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Les factures hauran de complir tots els requisits legals vigents: CIF, IVA, núm.. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Ordre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; de la factura, data, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;detall&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; de la despesa, de forma tal que quedi ben clar que la despesa detallada en la factura correspon a l&amp;apos;activitat per a la que s&amp;apos;ha concedit la subvenció. En el cas que una factura no especifiqui en el seu concepte que la despesa correspon a l&amp;apos;activitat subvencionada, haurà de ser certificada pel representant legal de l&amp;apos;entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;d) Certificació del Secretari o persona que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;exerceixi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; aquestes funcions, amb el conforme del President de l&amp;apos;entitat beneficiària, que acrediti el destí de la subvenció a la finalitat per a la que es va concedir, contenint, a més a més, la indicació sobre si ha obtingut altres subvencions o subvencions per a la mateixa finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En el cas de persona física, certificació del titular de la Guarderia Infantil Laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Tretzè.– Obligacions dels beneficiaris.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Són obligacions dels beneficiaris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;a) Complir l&amp;apos;objectiu, executar el projecte, realitzar l&amp;apos;activitat o adoptar el comportament que fonamenti la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;b) Justificar davant l&amp;apos;òrgan que assenyali els bases especifiquis per a la concessió de la subvenció, el compliment dels requisits o condicions, així com, la realització de l&amp;apos;activitat i el compliment de la finalitat per a la qual és va atorgar la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;c) Sotmetre&amp;apos;s als actuacions de comprovació i inspecció a efectuar per l&amp;apos;òrgan que assenyali els bases especifiquis per a la concessió de la subvenció, així com, el control financer a què fa referència el Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora dels Hisendes Locals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;d) Comunicar a l&amp;apos;òrgan concedent o a l&amp;apos;entitat col·laboradora l&amp;apos;obtenció d&amp;apos;altres subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos que financen la mateixa activitat o projecte, en els dotze mesos anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;e) Acreditar abans de la concessió que és troba al corrent del compliment dels obligacions tributaries i amb la Seguretat Social, be mitjançant declaració expressa o mitjançant certificat acreditatiu, així mateix, haurà d&amp;apos;acreditar estar al corrent dels obligacions tributàries amb l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Felanitx&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;f) Disposar dels llibres comptables, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;registris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; i la resta de documentació, en els casos establerts a la Legislació mercantil i sectorial, o si s&amp;apos;escau, en els exigits als bases especifiquis, quan no estigui obligat per llei, a portar l&amp;apos;esmentada documentació, en el termini de tres mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;g) Conservar els documents justificatius de l&amp;apos;aplicació dels fons rebuts, al manc durant un període de zinc anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;h) Adoptar els medis de difusió, en el sentit, d&amp;apos;establir, si s&amp;apos;escau, que dita activitat o projecte, s&amp;apos;ha realitzat amb ajuda o subvenció de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Felanitx&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;i) Procedir al reintegrament dels fons percebuts i que no puguin justificar-se, o al reintegrament total dels fons en els supòsits previstos a l&amp;apos;article 37 de la Llei General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Catorzè.– Règim Jurídic.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;En el no previst en la present convocatòria s&amp;apos;aplicarà la Llei 30 /1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú els preceptes bàsics de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, el seu reglament de desplegament aprovat per RD 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, i el Reglament General de Subvencions de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Felanitx&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
