    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es fa públic que el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca, en sessió ordinària de dia 4 de novembre de 2013, adoptà, entre d&amp;apos;altres, l&amp;apos;acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Aprovar les bases que regeixen la concessió d’ajuts del CIM a les cooperatives agràries de primer grau de Menorca per campanyes de promoció i divulgació durant el 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/b&gt; Aprovar, simultàniament, la convocatòria corresponent a l’any 2013, que es regirà per les bases a què s’ha fet referència en el punt anterior, d’acord amb les condicions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;a) Import global màxim dels ajuts i crèdit pressupostari. Les ajudes concedides s&amp;apos;atendran amb càrrec a les partides pressupostàries i amb els imports màxims que s’indiquen més avall:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;b) El termini de presentació de sol·licituds és de 7 dies naturals comptats a partir del dia següent a la data en què aquesta convocatòria aparegui publicada en el &lt;i&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/i&gt; (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) L’instructor d’aquest expedient és el senyor José Maria Mir Orfila, i el responsable de fer el seguiment de l&amp;apos;expedient és el senyor Salvador Florit Orfila, tècnics del Departament d&amp;apos;Economia, Medi Ambient i Caça del Consell Insular de Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;BASES QUE REGEIXEN LA CONVOCATÒRIA DELS AJUTS DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE MENORCA A LES COOPERATIVES AGRARIES DE PRIMER GRAU DE MENORCA PER CAMPANYES DE PROMOCIÓ I DIVULGACIÓ DELS PRODUCTES AGROALIMENTARIS 2013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. OBJECTE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;L&amp;apos;objecte d&amp;apos;aquest ajut és incrementar el coneixement i millorar la percepció dels productes agroalimentaris comercialitzats per les cooperatives agràries de primer grau de Menorca. Aquest objectiu es durà a terme mitjançant campanyes de divulgació i valoració realitzades per les cooperatives agràries des de dia 1 de gener a dia 15 de novembre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Aquests ajuts es concediran d&amp;apos;acord amb el Reglament comunitari núm. 1998/2006 de la Comissió, de 15 de desembre, d&amp;apos;aplicació dels articles 87 i 88 del Tractat a les ajudes de &lt;i&gt;minimis&lt;/i&gt;, publicat en el &lt;i&gt;Diari Oficial de la Unió Europea&lt;/i&gt; de dia 28 de desembre de 2006.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. FINALITAT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Amb aquesta línia es pretén millorar el coneixement i la valoració dels productes agroalimentaris comercialitzats per les cooperatives agràries de primer grau de Menorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;3. FINANÇAMENT I IMPORT MÀXIM&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. Les ajudes que s’atorguin en el marc d’aquestes bases es pagaran amb càrrec a les partides i per l’import màxim que s’estableixin en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. Quan l&amp;apos;import total de les sol·licituds amb dret d’ajuda, després d&amp;apos;aplicar els criteris del punt 8, superi el límit de la convocatòria, es reduiran els ajuts de manera proporcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;4. ACTIVITATS SUBVENCIONADES I REQUISITS DE L’ACTIVITAT &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Són activitats subvencionables aquelles mitjançant les quals s&amp;apos;incrementi el coneixement i es millori la percepció del productes agroalimentaris comercialitzats per les cooperatives agràries de primer grau de Menorca, i en particular les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Organització i participació en fires, congressos, seminaris, jornades tècniques, esdeveniments i activitats similars de relacions públiques, d&amp;apos;àmbit nacional i internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Retolació de camions, furgonetes o vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Tanques publicitàries, opis o qualsevol tipus de cartell en la via pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d) Creació de noves marques, dissenys i campanyes de divulgació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e) Realització de campanyes de promoció de productes comercialitzats per les cooperatives de Menorca (les despeses de les agències de publicitat i altres proveïdors de serveis que participen en l&amp;apos;elaboració i en l&amp;apos;aplicació de campanyes de promoció, així com premsa, televisió i ràdio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f) La realització de degustacions en comerços, botigues i altres espais per a la millora del coneixement dels productes comercialitzats per les cooperatives de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g) La realització de degustacions en supermercats, hipermercats i gran superfícies per a la millora del coneixement dels productes comercialitzats per les cooperatives de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;h) La realització de campanyes de consum o jornades gastronòmiques de productes comercials en el sector de la restauració (bars i restaurants)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;i) La presència a recintes firals de caràcter alimentari, tant a l&amp;apos;àmbit insular com nacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;j) La realització de campanyes de promoció de productes agroalimentaris i degustacions en mercats municipals de l&amp;apos;illa de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. Quan l&amp;apos;import de la despesa subvencionable superi la quantia de 12.000 €, en cas de subministrament de béns d&amp;apos;equip o prestació de serveis per empreses de consultoria o assistència tècnica, el beneficiari ha de sol·licitar com a mínim tres ofertes de proveïdors diferents, amb caràcter previ a la contractació del compromís per a la prestació del servei o el lliurament del bé, excepte quan per les especials característiques de les despeses subvencionables no hi hagi en el mercat un nombre suficient d&amp;apos;entitats que el subministrin o prestin el servei, o que la despesa s&amp;apos;hagués fet abans de demanar la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;L&amp;apos;elecció entre les ofertes presentades, que s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;aportar a la justificació o, en el seu cas, a la sol·licitud de subvenció, s&amp;apos;ha de fer seguint criteris d&amp;apos;eficiència i economia, i s&amp;apos;ha de justificar expressament en una memòria quan no recaigui en la proposta econòmicament més avantatjosa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;5. RÈGIM DE COMPTABILITAT AMB ALTRES AJUTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. Els ajuts que s’atorguin de conformitat amb aquestes bases són compatibles amb la concessió d’altres ajuts, sens perjudici de l’obligació dels beneficiaris de comunicar-ho al Consell Insular de Menorca de la forma establerta en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. L’import dels ajuts que es concedeixin no pot superar en cap cas, de manera aïllada o amb concurrència amb altres ajuts, el cost de l’activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;3. Aquests ajuts es poden acumular a altres ajudes públiques per les mateixes despeses subvencionables, sempre que aquesta acumulació no doni lloc a una intensitat superior a l&amp;apos;establerta pel Reglament 1998/2006.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;6. REQUISITS DELS BENEFICIARIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. Poden ser-ne beneficiàries les cooperatives agràries de primer grau de Menorca regulades per la Llei 1/2003 de 20 de març, de cooperatives de les Illes Balears, modificada per la Llei 5/2011, de 31 de març, i que hagin dut a terme campanyes de divulgació, valoració, promoció i valor afegit dels productes agroalimentaris des de dia 1 de gener a dia 15 de novembre de 2013. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. Les cooperatives agràries de primer grau de Menorca han d&amp;apos;estar inscrites en el Registre de cooperatives de les Illes Balears i desenvolupar principalment la seva activitat societària en el territori de l’illa de Menorca. (aquest document s&amp;apos;aportarà d&amp;apos;ofici).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;3. D&amp;apos;acord amb el Reglament comunitari núm. 1998/2006 de la Comissió, de 15 de desembre, d&amp;apos;aplicació dels articles 87 i 88 del Tractat a les ajudes de &lt;i&gt;minimis&lt;/i&gt;, no poden ser-ne beneficiàries les empreses en crisi en el sentit de les directrius comunitàries sobre ajuts estatals de salvament i de reestructuració d&amp;apos;empreses en crisi (DOUE C 244, de 1.10.20004). Els sol·licitants han de fer constar aquesta circumstància en la seva sol·licitud d&amp;apos;ajut, de conformitat amb el model de l&amp;apos;annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;4. L&amp;apos;ajuda no es pot repercutir totalment ni parcialment sobre els productors primaris. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;5. En qualsevol cas, no poden ser-ne beneficiàries les persones o entitats en les quals concorri alguna de les prohibicions que estableixen l’art. 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, i l’art. 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

PRESENTACIÓ DE LES SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds s’han de formalitzar mitjançant el model normalitzat que s’adjunta com a annex I d’aquestes bases, que es facilitarà a la seu del Consell Insular de Menorca, a Maó; a les oficines administratives de Ciutadella; a Sa Granja (Maó), i a Sa Roqueta (Ciutadella).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. A la sol·licitud s’ha d’adjuntar la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h4 class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; background: transparent"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Documentació administrativa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Original o còpia acarada de l’escriptura de constitució o modificació de la cooperativa i estatuts socials, documents degudament inscrits en el Registre de Cooperatives de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;b) Si fos necessari de conformitat amb els seus estatuts, han d’aportar certificat de l’acord adoptat per l’òrgan de govern de l’entitat per sol·licitar l’ajuda i designar representant (annex V). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;c) Còpia acarada del document d’identificació fiscal de l’entitat sol·licitant (NIF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;d) Acreditació de la representació i còpia del NIF del representant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;e) Declaració responsable signada pel sol·licitant o pel seu representant legal de no estar sotmès a cap de les circumstàncies que determinen la impossibilitat d’obtenir la condició de beneficiari o entitat col·laboradora de les subvencions públiques recollides en l’art. 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions (annex II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;f) Declaració responsable signada pel sol·licitant o pel seu representant legal relativa a les subvencions o ajudes obtingudes i sol·licitades d’altres institucions públiques o privades per realitzar la mateixa activitat (annex III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;g) Document de designació de compte bancari de l’empresa o del seu representant segons model facilitat pel Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;h) Certificat en què consti que està al corrent de les obligacions tributàries davant l&amp;apos;Administració de l&amp;apos;Estat i de les obligacions davant la Seguretat Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;i) Documentació acreditativa de la justificació de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Documentació específica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;j) Memòria del programa d&amp;apos;actuació que es durà a terme, que ha d&amp;apos;incloure: antecedents, objectius, pressupost i dates d&amp;apos;inici i acabament de les actuacions per a les quals es demana ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;k) Declaració sobre les altres ajudes de &lt;i&gt;minimis&lt;/i&gt; rebudes per les mateixes despeses subvencionables durant els dos exercicis fiscals anteriors i durant l&amp;apos;exercici fiscal en curs, fent constar que l&amp;apos;ajuda global de &lt;i&gt;minimis&lt;/i&gt; que ha rebut no supera els limits establerts (annex VI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: 0.42cm; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;3. Els beneficiaris poden autoritzar el Consell Insular de Menorca a comprovar el compliment de les seves obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social. Aquestes comprovacions es portaran a terme en la mesura que el Consell Insular de Menorca disposi dels convenis adequats que li ho permetin (annex I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;En qualsevol cas, l&amp;apos;acreditació del compliment d&amp;apos;aquestes obligacions es pot substituir per una declaració responsable del representant legal de l&amp;apos;entitat sol·licitant quan es tracti de subvencions de quantia igual o inferior a 3.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;S’eximeix de presentar la documentació a què fan referència les lletres &lt;i&gt;a&lt;/i&gt;, &lt;i&gt;c&lt;/i&gt;, d i &lt;i&gt;g&lt;/i&gt; en el cas que aquesta ja consti en els arxius del Consell Insular. En aquest cas, s’ha de fer constar expressament en la sol·licitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;4. Les sol·licituds i tota la documentació transcrita en l’apartat anterior s’han de presentar, dins el termini establert en la convocatòria, als punts del Servei d’Atenció al Ciutadà del Consell Insular de Menorca que hi ha a la seu del CIM de Maó i a les oficines administratives de Ciutadella, a les dependències de Sa Roqueta i a Sa Granja o als ajuntaments de Menorca que tenguin subscrit conveni amb el CIM per a la prestació d’aquest servei. Així mateix es poden presentar a qualsevol altre punt de conformitat amb l’establert en l’art. 38 de la Llei 30/92, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;5. Si la sol·licitud o la documentació fossin incorrectes o incompletes, el Consell Insular de Menorca en requerirà la rectificació o el complement necessaris. Si en el termini de deu dies hàbils, comptats des de l’endemà de la data de recepció del requeriment d’esmena de la sol·licitud, la persona interessada no fa la rectificació reclamada o no presenta la documentació requerida, s’entendrà que ha desistit de la seva petició de conformitat amb l’article 71 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;8. CRITERIS QUE ES TINDRAN EN COMPTE PER A LA CONCESSIÓ DELS D’AJUTS I DETERMINACIÓ DE L’IMPORT DE LA SUBVENCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. Si l&amp;apos;actuació per a la qual se sol·licita l&amp;apos;ajut és idònia i adequada als requisits d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria, s&amp;apos;aplicaran els criteris objectius; si no és així l&amp;apos;actuació quedarà eliminada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2.Sempre que es compleixin els requisits de la convocatòria s’atorgaran els ajuts sol·licitats amb els límits fixats en la convocatòria i en aquestes presents bases, dins el límit del crèdit disponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;3. L&amp;apos;ajut es repartirà proporcionalment entre els sol·licitants que compleixin els requisits d&amp;apos;acord amb el criteri següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;- Import global de les accions comercials: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;- L’import màxim que pot rebre cada sol·licitant es de 40.000 € .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;4. Si després d&amp;apos;aplicar els criteris anteriors se supera el límit de la convocatòria, els ajuts es reduiran de manera proporcional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;9. QUANTIA DE LES AJUDES &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. La quantia de la subvenció serà com a màxim del 80% del cost subvencionable de l&amp;apos;acció, amb un màxim de 40.000 € d&amp;apos;ajuda per beneficiari en el marc de la present convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. De conformitat amb el que estableix el Reglament 1998/2006 de la Comissió, la quantia total d&amp;apos;ajudes de &lt;i&gt;minimis&lt;/i&gt; no podrà excedir de 200.000 € per beneficiari en un període de tres exercicis fiscals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En cap cas l&amp;apos;import de l&amp;apos;ajuda podrà superar el cost de l&amp;apos;activitat que s&amp;apos;hagi de realitzar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La comissió avaluadora és l’òrgan col·legiat al qual correspon examinar les sol·licituds presentades i emetre’n l’informe que ha de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

PROCEDIMENT I ÒRGANS COMPETENTS PER A LA CONCESSIÓ DELS AJUTS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Els ajuts es concediran, d’acord amb els principis d’objectivitat, transparència, igualtat, no-discriminació i publicitat, per mitjà del procediment de concurrència no competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. L’inici de l’expedient s’efectuarà per mitjà de l’aprovació de la convocatòria corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;3. La instrucció correspondrà a un funcionari del Departament d’Economia, Medi Ambient i Caça, que ha de realitzar d’ofici totes les actuacions necessàries per a la determinació, el coneixement i la comprovació de les dades en virtut de les quals s’ha de dictar resolució sobre la concessió dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;4. Les sol·licituds presentades dins el termini establert en la convocatòria se sotmetran a l’examen de la Comissió Avaluadora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;5. Una vegada examinades les sol·licituds per la Comissió Avaluadora, i després que aquesta hagi emès el seu informe, el conseller executiu cap del departament n&amp;apos;elevarà la corresponent proposta de resolució a l’òrgan competent, que en aquest cas és el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca, que dictarà resolució sobre la concessió o denegació dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;6. Quan la quantia de l’ajut que resulti de l’informe previ sigui substancialment inferior al sol·licitat, es podrà instar el beneficiari a reformular la seva sol·licitud a fi d’ajustar els compromisos i les condicions de la subvenció atorgable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;7. La resolució de l’expedient d’atorgament de les subvencions ha de ser expressa i motivada, i ha de fixar, amb caràcter definitiu, la quantia específica de cada una de les subvencions concedides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;8. El termini màxim per dictar i notificar la resolució expressa de concessió de subvenció és de sis mesos comptats des de la data d’acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. No obstant l’anterior, aquest termini es pot reduir si s’estableix expressament en la convocatòria dels ajuts. El silenci administratiu té caràcter desestimatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;9. La resolució de l’expedient de concessió o denegació dels ajuts s&amp;apos;ha de publicar en el &lt;i&gt;Butlletí&lt;/i&gt; &lt;i&gt;Oficial de les Illes Balears, &lt;/i&gt;sens perjudici de la seva notificació individual a les persones interessades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La notificació de la resolució de concessió a l&amp;apos;empresa subvencionada ha de recollir l&amp;apos;import previst de l&amp;apos;ajuda i el seu caràcter de &lt;i&gt;minimis&lt;/i&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;10. La concessió de l’ajut es pot instrumentar mitjançant la formalització d’un conveni de col·laboració amb l’entitat beneficiària en el qual es determinin els drets i les obligacions de les parts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;12. JUSTIFICACIÓ I PAGAMENT DE LES AJUDES &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. La justificació s&amp;apos;ha de presentar juntament amb la sol·licitud de l&amp;apos;ajut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. Per tal de justificar l’ajut s’ha de presentar la documentació següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;a. Compte justificatiu simplificat: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-left: 0.3cm; margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;-Memòria justificativa del compliment de les condicions imposades en la concessió de la subvenció, amb indicació de les activitats realitzades i dels resultats obtinguts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-left: 0.3cm; margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;-Relació nominativa de les despeses realitzades i dels ingressos i les subvencions que hagin finançat l&amp;apos;activitat (annex IV), en aplicació de l&amp;apos;art. 75 del Reglament general de subvencions que regula el compte justificatiu simplificat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;b. Una mostra del material informatiu o promocional més significatiu (fotografies, fulls informatius, retalls de premsa…).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;3. En relació amb la justificació de l&amp;apos;actuació definida en la base 4, apartat 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;, es poden presentar les despeses de les agències de publicitat i d&amp;apos;altres proveïdors de serveis que participen en l&amp;apos;elaboració i en l&amp;apos;aplicació de campanyes de promoció, així com de premsa, televisió i ràdio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;4. Les despeses de personal no són despeses justificables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;5. En el cas de rebre qualsevol altra subvenció pública, s’han de lliurar els justificants de la subvenció rebuda i els conceptes pels quals s’ha rebut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;6. En la fase de comprovació de la despesa realitzada es demanarà al beneficiari que presenti els justificants que es creguin oportuns per tal d’obtenir una evidència raonable sobre l’adequada aplicació de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;7. Si la documentació presentada és incompleta o incorrecta, el servei responsable demanarà al beneficiari que en faci la rectificació oportuna en el termini improrrogable de deu dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;8. Si la despesa justificada és inferior a l’import del pressupost sol·licitat i subvencionat es reduirà proporcionalment la subvenció concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;9. El Consell Insular de Menorca pot inspeccionar les activitats subvencionades, sens perjudici de les competències que puguin correspondre, per normativa legal o reglamentària, a altres organismes o institucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;13. ABONAMENT DELS AJUTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. Les subvencions es faran efectives en el termini màxim de 60 dies des del moment que es comprovi que la justificació presentada s&amp;apos;ajusta als requisits exigits en les bases de la convocatòria i sempre que la disponibilitat de tresoreria ho permeti. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. No es podrà pagar la subvenció mentre el beneficiari no es trobi al corrent en el compliment de les seves obligacions tributàries i davant la Seguretat Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;3. El Consell Insular de Menorca podrà inspeccionar les activitats subvencionades, sens perjudici de les competències que puguin correspondre, per normativa legal o reglamentària, a altres organismes o institucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;14. OBLIGACIONS DELS BENEFICIARIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. Els beneficiaris han de complir les obligacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;a) Comunicar al CIM l’acceptació de la subvenció en els termes en què aquesta es concedeixi. En qualsevol cas la subvenció s’entendrà acceptada tàcitament un cop hagin transcorregut quinze dies hàbils d’ençà que el beneficiari hagi rebut la notificació de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;b) Dur a terme les activitats que fonamenten la concessió dels ajuts i justificar-ne la realització en els terminis i en les condicions establertes en aquestes bases i en la resolució de concessió dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Comunicar al Consell Insular de Menorca la sol·licitud i l’obtenció de subvencions i ajudes per a la mateixa finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d) Mantenir l’activitat durant un termini mínim d’un any des de la presentació de la sol·licitud; en cas contrari, se’ls podrà exigir la devolució total o parcial de la subvenció abonada, més els interessos de demora, sens perjudici de la sanció que pugui correspondre per alteració de la finalitat per a la qual se&amp;apos;ls ha concedit la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;e) Acreditar, quan el Consell Insular els ho sol·liciti, que es troben al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social. L’acreditació no serà necessària en el cas que s’hagi autoritzat expressament el Consell Insular a consultar-ho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;f) Proporcionar la informació sobre l&amp;apos;activitat subvencionada que li requereixi el Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g) Sotmetre’s a les actuacions de comprovació que efectuï nel Consell Insular de Menorca i la resta d’organismes competents per a la fiscalització dels comptes públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;h) L&amp;apos;ajuda no es pot repercutir totalment o parcialment sobre els productors primaris (agricultors).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;15. REVOCACIÓ I REINTEGRAMENT DELS AJUTS. CRITERIS DE GRADUACIÓ DE POSSIBLES INCOMPLIMENTS&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Pel que fa a la revocació i el reintegrament de les subvencions, s’ha d’aplicar el que disposa la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i la resta de normativa que hi sigui aplicable. En cas d’incompliment, s’ha de reintegrar la quantia rebuda mitjançant l’aplicació d’un percentatge de minoració en funció de la naturalesa de l’incompliment. Aquest percentatge s’ha de fixar amb l’informe previ de l’instructor i s’ha de notificar al beneficiari. Les causes de reintegrament i el procediment per a la seva exigència s&amp;apos;han de regir per l’establert en l’article 44 del DLEG 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;S’ha de valorar, en tot cas, el grau d’incompliment, si aquest s&amp;apos;ha produït a causa d’actuacions doloses o negligents i si hi ha hagut bona o mala fe. La gradació del reintegrament serà major quan l’incompliment sigui total o molt alt i hi hagin incorregut causes doloses i mala fe, i en canvi serà menor si el grau de compliment del projecte subvencionat és parcial i quan hagi estat causat per actuacions negligents i amb bona fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;També se&amp;apos;n podrà exigir el reintegrament si se superen els límits que estableix l&amp;apos;art. 2 del Reglament 1998/2006 de la Comissió, de 15 de desembre, d&amp;apos;aplicació dels articles 87 i 88 del Tractat a les ajudes de &lt;i&gt;minimis&lt;/i&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Quan la causa del reintegrament determini la invalidesa de la resolució de concessió s’ha de revisar prèviament aquesta resolució en els termes establerts en l’article 25 del DLEG 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, i en la resta de disposicions aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Si s’han fet uns pagaments anticipats, la persona beneficiària ha de reintegrar les quantitats rebudes més l’interès de demora comptador des que es va fer efectiu el pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Les quantitats que s’hagin de reintegrar tenen la consideració d’ingressos de dret públic i els és aplicable la via de constrenyiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’obligació de reintegrament establerta en aquest article és independent de les sancions que, si escau, siguin exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;16. INFRACCIONS I SANCIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. El règim d’infraccions i sancions administratives aplicables és el que estableixen el títol V del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, i el títol IV de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. L’òrgan competent per imposar les sancions que es derivin d’infraccions de l’establert en aquestes bases i de la normativa aplicable en matèria de subvencions és la Presidència del Consell Insular de Menorca, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que estableix l’art. 9 de la Llei 8/2000, de 28 d’octubre, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;17. ALTRES DISPOSICIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. Recursos administratius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Els acords del Consell Executiu pels quals s’aproven les bases i les convocatòries i es concedeixen o deneguen els ajuts no exhaureixen la via administrativa i són susceptibles d’interposar-hi recurs d’alçada davant la Comissió de Govern del Consell insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. Normativa general aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
