    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Intentada sense efecte la notificació amb acús de rebuda al/la denunciat/a, per ignorar-se el domicili o no haver trobat al mateix als/es interessats/es, mitjançant el present edicte, el qual se realitza també mitjançant anunci en el taulell d’edictes de l’Ajuntament d’acord amb l’establert en l’art. 11 del RD 320/1994, de 25 de febrer, i d’acord amb el previst en els articles 59.5), 59.6) i 61 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, modificada per la Llei 4/1999, de 13 de gener, es notifica que per l’instructor de l’expedient, s’ha acordat &lt;strong&gt;Proposta de Resolució desestimant les al·legacions presentades&lt;/strong&gt; a l’expedient que a continuació es detalla, incoat per infracció al Reglament General de Circulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
