&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per desconeixement dels interessats o per ignorar l’indret en què es troba/en o no haver estat trobat/ades al/s seu/s domicili/s i per donar compliment d’allò que preveu l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, es notifica a les persones que es relacionen a continuació que Ports de les Illes Balears ha acordat l’inici d’expedient/s sancionador/s per pressumptes infraccions administratives tipificades a la Llei 10/2005, de 21 de juny, de Ports de les Illes Balears, on hi figura/en les persones que es detallen en l&amp;apos;annex adjunt, fent constar&amp;nbsp; el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas de reconeixement voluntari de la pròpia responsabilitat per part de l&amp;apos;interessat, comunicat a Ports de les Illes Balears en qualsevol moment de la seva tramitació abans de la notificació de la proposta de resolució, la quantia de la sanció proposada es reduirà en un 40%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’/els interessat/s té/nen un termini de 15 dies per formular al·legacions a la iniciació de l’expedient, proposar proves i també a concretar quins seran els mitjans que farà/n valer .De no efectuar-se al·legacions sobre el contingut de l&amp;apos;acord d&amp;apos;inici en el termini establert la iniciació podrà considerar-se proposta de resolució per contenir un pronunciament precís sobre la responsabilitat imputada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’/els expedient/s esmentats es troba/en a Ports de les Illes Balears situada al carrer Vicente Tofiño, 36 (Son Rossinyol) del Coll d’en Rabassa, Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
