&lt;p style="line-height: 0.46cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; La present publicació servirà de notificació a aquells propietaris o titulars de drets desconeguts o amb domicili desconegut i cas de no haver-se pogut practicar una vegada intentada, tot això de conformitat amb el disposat per l&amp;apos;art. 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992 de 26 de novembre del Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="line-height: 0.46cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; Sobre la base del disposat per l&amp;apos;article 61 de la Llei 30/92, es publica únicament una breu indicació del contingut de la resolució, que es troba en les dependències de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Eivissa, Plaça d&amp;apos;Espanya, núm., 1 , 07800 Eivissa, Regidoria d&amp;apos;Habitatge i Nucli Històric, on els interessats o els seus representants degudament acreditats, podran comparèixer, en el termini de deu dies, contats des de l&amp;apos;endemà a la publicació del present edicte en el Butlletí Oficial de les illes Balears, per al coneixement íntegre de l&amp;apos;esmentat acte i constància de tal coneixement, en horari de 08,00 a 15,00 hores, de dilluns a divendres, excepte festius.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="line-height: 0.46cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; Així mateix, s&amp;apos;adverteix als interessats que, de no comparèixer en l&amp;apos;esmentat termini, la notificació s&amp;apos;entendrà produïda amb caràcter general.&lt;/p&gt;
