&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El fet que motiva la incoació respon a la falta de pagament de les quotes corresponents al servei de subministrament domiciliari d&amp;apos;aigua potable al domicili, import i període relacionats anteriorment, la qual cosa pot ser qualificada&amp;nbsp; com infracció de l&amp;apos;obligació que imposa als abonats l&amp;apos;article 40 de l&amp;apos;Ordenança municipal reguladora del servei, infracció que pot ser sancionada amb suspensió del subministrament o amb la rescissió del contracte, d’acord amb el que estableix l&amp;apos;article 48 de la mateixa Ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En la mateixa resolució es nomena instructor del procediment el funcionari municipal Sra. M. Pilar Salguero Mesa, i es notifica que la seva resolució correspon a l&amp;apos;Ajuntament. Al mateix temps, s&amp;apos;atorga als imputats la possibilitat de satisfer l&amp;apos;import dels rebuts en la recaptació municipal, dintre del termini de deu dies hàbils a comptar des de la notificació; en aquest cas, quedarà sobresegut el procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;S’ha intentat la notificació personal als interessats i no ha estat possible per alguna de les causes que es refereix el punt 4 de l&amp;apos;article 59 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, i que consten en els corresponents expedients. Per aquest motiu, i a l’efecte de continuar els procediments, es publica l&amp;apos;anterior resolució en el tauler d’edictes de l&amp;apos;últim domicili conegut i en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
