Ajuntament des Mercadal fa saber que contra l’acord adoptat en sessió plenària ordinària de 25 de setembre de 2013, sobre aprovació de l’expedient de modificació pressupostària número 08/2013; mitjançant suplement de crèdit amb càrrec a romanent de tresoreria per a despeses generals, no s’han presentat al·legacions, per la qual cosa es considera definitivament aprovada. A continuació, d’acord amb el que disposa el Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004 de 5 de març, reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, es transcriu la modificació pressupostaria segons el desglossament següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra l’aprovació definitiva de l’expedient de modificació pressupostària núm. 8/2013, es podran interposar els següents recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Directament recurs contenciós i administratiu en el termini de dos mesos a partir de l’endemà de la publicació d’aquest acord, davant la Sala Contenciosa i administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) No obstant això, es pot exercitar qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
