&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per aquesta Adreça Provincial s&amp;apos;ha iniciat Expedient Administratiu per al reintegrament de prestacions per atur indegudament percebudes i l&amp;apos;extinció de les mateixes, contra els interessats que a continuació se citen i els motius que així mateix es relacionen. S&amp;apos;ha intentat la notificació sense poder-se practicar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El que es notifica per mitjà de la present, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;establert en l&amp;apos;article 59 de la Llei 30/92, de 26 de Novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, advertint-los que hauran de reintegrar aquesta quantitat indegudament percebuda en el compte núm. 0049 5103 71 2516550943 del Banc Santander&amp;nbsp; a nom d&amp;apos;aquest Organisme havent de retornar còpia del justificant d&amp;apos;ingrés a la seva Oficina d&amp;apos;Ocupació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De no estar conforme amb l&amp;apos;anterior haurà de formular per escrit davant el Director Provincial del Servei Públic d&amp;apos;Ocupació Estatal les al·legacions que estimi pertinents en el&amp;nbsp; termini de 15 dies d&amp;apos;acord amb el disposat en el nº 4 de l&amp;apos;art. 37, del Reglament General sobre el Procediment per a la imposició de sancions per infraccions d&amp;apos;ordre social i per als expedients liquidadors de quotes de la Seguretat Social (Reial decret 928/98, de1 4 de Maig BOE nº 132 de 3 de juny.) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb el disposat en l&amp;apos;art. 61 de la Llei 30/92, de 26 de Novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, els expedients ressenyats, estaran a la seva disposisio &amp;nbsp;pel termini de 15 dies en l&amp;apos;Adreça Provincial del Servei Públic d,Ocupació Estatal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
