    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que no ha estat possible realitzar la notificació de les resolucions, per presumptes infraccions a la Llei 16/87 d’ordenació dels transports terrestres, intentada a les persones que es detallen a l’annex i en els expedients que així mateix s’indiquen, es procedeix, previs dos intents de notificació mitjançant carta certificada amb justificant de recepció, a la seva notificació d’acord amb el que determina l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/92 del règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i procediment administratiu comú, fent constar que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1r.- Es considera que els fets denunciats, no constitueixen una infracció a la normativa de transports terrestres, i que no són responsables administratives les persones interessades en cada procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2n.- Contra la present resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs d’alçada davant l’Hble. Sr. conseller d’Agricultura, Medi Ambient i Territori, d’aquesta Comunitat Autònoma, en el termini d’un mes comptat a partir del dia següent al de la seva publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, i s’entendrà desestimat quan no s’hagi resolt i notificada la resolució en el termini de tres mesos, a comptar del dia següent a la seva interposició, quedant en aquest cas expedita la via contenciosa administrativa. Això sense perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs o acció que s’estimi pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Les persones interessades poden comparèixer, a la Direcció General de Transports situada en el carrer Eusebi Estada, 28 1er, de Palma de Mallorca, en el termini que s’estableix, per conèixer el contingut íntegre de l’acte esmentat i perquè quedi constància d’aquest coneixement, d’acord amb l’article 61 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
