    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;D’acord amb l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, i atès que es desconeix el domicili &amp;nbsp;del destinatari o no ha pogut ser localitzat, mitjançant aquest edicte es notifica a l’empresa que figura a continuació que, d’acord amb la Resolució de nomenament d’instructors en els procediments sancionadors en matèria de prevenció de riscs laborals d’1 de setembre de 2010, s’ha designat la instructora que també s’indica, als efectes que preveuen els articles 28 i 29 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
