    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En data 28 de juny de 2013, el Ple va aprovar inicialment la creació del Consell Municipal de Port , així com l’aprovació inicial del Reglament que el regula, expedient que va ser exposat al públic durant un termini de trenta dies a comptar des del dia següent a la publicació de l’anunci d’aprovació inicial en el BOIB numero 110 de data 6 d’agost de 2013; atès que no s’han presentat al·legacions ni suggeriments a l’aprovació inicial de la creació del Consell i del reglament aprovat, s’entén definitivament aprovat l’acord fins aleshores provisional, restant el text del reglament com segueix:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;REGLAMENT DEL CONSELL MUNICIPAL DEL PORT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Introducció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El port de Maó constitueix un entorn singular definit per la història, la tradició i la seva determinant influència en l&amp;apos;evolució humana i econòmica de la ciutat i de l’Illa. Amb recursos i capacitat que li donen la consideració de motor econòmic de Maó, en aquest espai conviuen activitats de diversa naturalesa, idònies per al desenvolupament empresarial, compatibles amb el ventall de possibilitats que ofereix el port i mostra dinàmica de la diversitat i oportunitats que desprèn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El transport i les comunicacions marítimes; el tràfic de mercaderies i de combustible; la indústria naval i energètica; la pesca, els cultius marins i activitat marisquera; la nàutica i negocis auxiliars vinculats a la mateixa; les barques turístiques i la nàutica recreativa defineixen el gruix de l&amp;apos;activitat a les aigües portuàries i configuren també el tipus d&amp;apos;empreses i activitats en ambdues riberes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Juntament amb aquests usos, d&amp;apos;àmplia tradició i plena vitalitat en els nostres dies, conviuen en terra aquells altres nascuts fonamentalment a l’abric del fenomen turístic: comerç, hostaleria, oci, bars i restauració, que representen un volum considerable d&amp;apos;activitat, negoci i ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La necessitat d&amp;apos;harmonitzar interessos tan diversos que, en conjunt, contribueixen a potenciar aquest espai, l&amp;apos;aparició de nous filons d&amp;apos;oportunitat per a activitat i desenvolupament i la voluntat de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de canalitzar aquests impulsos a través de la participació plural amb el propòsit d&amp;apos;aconseguir eficàcia, determinen la proposta de crear un òrgan consultiu: el Consell Municipal del Port.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1/ Definició:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Consell Municipal del Port és l&amp;apos;òrgan consultiu en aquelles matèries i assumptes relacionats amb el port des de totes les diverses perspectives que es puguin considerar. Les propostes sorgides al seu si seran elevades als òrgans municipals de decisió i a altres organismes amb competència sobre la gestió del port de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2/ Funcions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Les funcions encomanades al Consell Municipal del Port es concreten en els següents punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Formular propostes relacionades amb el desenvolupament de l&amp;apos;activitat portuària en alguna de les seves variades vessants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Servir de fòrum de debat sobre quantes qüestions se suscitin a l&amp;apos;àmbit portuari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Fomentar els recursos i la capacitat de desenvolupament econòmic que ofereix aquest espai.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Vetllar per la defensa dels valors que representa i la difusió del seu llegat històric.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Suggerir accions de promoció als mercats nàutics i turístics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Coordinar les necessitats que, relacionades amb el port, generin col·lectius socials o siguin assumpte de debat ciutadà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Actuar com a element dinamitzador de totes aquelles activitats que tenen o poden tenir cabuda en el port i el seu entorn físic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3/ Acords&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Les propostes, informes i acords del Consell Municipal del Port no tindran en cap cas caràcter vinculant per a la Corporació, tot i que la seva presa en consideració vindrà avalada per l&amp;apos;àmplia representativitat d&amp;apos;aquest òrgan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4/ Règim sessions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Consell Municipal del Port es reunirà amb periodicitat trimestral. Serà convocat amb caràcter extraordinari quan la presidència ho determini o una quarta part dels seus membres ho sol·licitin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5/ Composició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Consell Municipal del Port estarà constituït pels següents membres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Ajuntament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Alcalde/alcaldessa, que ostentarà la presidència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Tt/a d’Alcaldia de serveis generals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Regidor/a de comerç i turisme&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Regidor/a del port, si n’hi hagués&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Regidor/a de Medi ambient&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Regidor/a d’Urbanisme&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Representants dels grups municipals, en la mateixa proporció de les comissions informatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Institucions i ciutadania:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- representant d&amp;apos;Autoritat Portuària de Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- representant del Consell Insular de Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- representant de l&amp;apos;Estació Naval de Maó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- representant d’ APEAM&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- representant d’ ASMEN (PIME)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- representant d’ASCOME&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- representant de CAEB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Representant de cadascuna de les associacions empresarials amb seu al port o nuclis de la ribera portuària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- representants de les associacions de bars i restaurants reconegudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- representant d&amp;apos;ENDESA-central de producció elèctrica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- consignataris de bucs radicats en el port&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- concessionaris d&amp;apos;espais nàutics&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Club Marítimo de Mahón&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Representants d’AAVV del port o relacionades amb el mateix&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Dos empresaris de lliure designació per la Presidència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Dos professionals tècnics urbanistes de reconegut prestigi nomenats per la Presidència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6/ Convidats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Alcalde o representant municipal des Castell&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Puntualment, en funció dels punts a tractar, podran ser convidats representants d&amp;apos;altres institucions o col·lectius relacionats amb aquests temes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7/ Comissions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Per acord del propi Consell Municipal es podran crear les comissions d&amp;apos;estudi que es considerin necessàries per desenvolupar la seva finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8/ Secretaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Les funcions de secretari/a recauran sobre el/la director/a de l&amp;apos;àrea de comunicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9/ Règim votacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;L&amp;apos;emissió d&amp;apos;informes i propostes es determinarà per majoria simple. Cada persona física tindrà un vot, els empats es resoldran amb el vot de qualitat de la Presidència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;10/ Funcions de la Presidència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) convocar, presidir i aixecar les sessions, així com dirigir els debats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) servir d&amp;apos;enllaç entre el propi Consell Municipal i la Corporació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) l&amp;apos;elaboració de l&amp;apos;ordre del dia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En cas d’absència del/la president/a, serà substituït pel/per la vicepresident/a, que haurà estat nomenat prèviament entre els membres del Consell que no pertanyin a la Corporació municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;11/ Convocatòries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Presidència efectuarà les convocatòries amb dos dies d&amp;apos;antelació en cas de les reunions ordinàries i extraordinàries, i un dia per aquelles de caràcter urgent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;12/ Representants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Els membres proposats pels diferents col·lectius, entitats o associacions podran ser substituïts sempre que aquestes ho considerin oportú i així ho facin constar per escrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;13/ Actes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;S&amp;apos;elaborarà un acta per cada sessió, en la qual constarà la relació d&amp;apos;assistents, l&amp;apos;hora i el lloc, els punts debatuts i els informes i propostes determinats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Una vegada redactat l&amp;apos;acta, es lliurarà còpia a cada membre per ser llegida i la seva pertinent aprovació en la següent reunió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Quan sigui aprovada, la signaran el/la president/a i el/la secretari/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;14/ Experts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El/la president/a podrà sol·licitar quan ho consideri convenient l&amp;apos;assessorament de professionals experts sobre algun dels assumptes que hagin de tractar-se en l&amp;apos;ordre del dia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;15/ Règim jurídic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tot quant preveu aquest reglament s&amp;apos;ajustarà al que disposa el reglament d&amp;apos;organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les corporacions locals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En cas de buit legal, també hi serà d’aplicació el que es preveu a la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, al reglament orgànic municipal, i al Reglament Municipal de Participació Ciutadana, aprovat pel Ple municipal el 26 de març de 2009.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;16/ Dissolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La modificació total o parcial d&amp;apos;aquest reglament així com la dissolució del Consell Municipal del Port correspon exclusivament al ple de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Maó, després de ser escoltat el propi Consell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
