    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Feim públic que el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca, en sessió extraordinària de dia 16 de setembre de 2013, de conformitat amb les bases aprovades en data 29.4.2013 i publicades en el BOIB núm. 73 de 23.5.2013, va adoptar el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/b&gt; Traslladar la sol·licitud de Miquel Àngel Cau a la convocatòria d&amp;apos;intervencions arqueològiques atès que el projecte consisteix en la realització d&amp;apos;una campanya d&amp;apos;excavació arqueològica a la basílica paleocristiana de l&amp;apos;illa del Rei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEGON.- &lt;/b&gt;Concedir els ajuts a la realització d’investigacions de tipus històric, artístic, arquitectònic, historicoindustrial, antropològic i etnològic que contribueixin al millor coneixement del passat de l’illa de Menorca i a la protecció del seu patrimoni històric, que es relacionen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;BENEFICIARI: Josep Quintana Cardona&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;NIF: 41736753X&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PROJECTE: Inventari i condicionament de les col·leccions d&amp;apos;ocells taxidermitzats i d&amp;apos;ous conservades a l&amp;apos;Ateneu Científic, Literari i Artístic de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;QUANTITAT CONCEDIDA: 2.350 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;CONCESSIÓ DE BESTRETA: d&amp;apos;un 50% de la subvenció concedida. Se l&amp;apos;exonera de prestar garantia, d’acord amb l’art. 43 de l&amp;apos;RLGS, atès que la subvenció concedida és d&amp;apos;import inferior a 3.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;QUANTITAT CONCEDIDA: 6.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;CONCESSIÓ DE BESTRETA: d&amp;apos;un 50% de la subvenció concedida. L&amp;apos;interès patrimonial i cultural de les actuacions finançades justifica que, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 42 de l&amp;apos;RLGS, no s&amp;apos;hagi de constituir garantia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;CONCESSIÓ DE BESTRETA: d&amp;apos;un 50% de la subvenció concedida. &lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;QUANTITAT CONCEDIDA: 3.098,04 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En total es distribueixen 15.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/b&gt; Abonar les bestretes concedides un cop aprovada la concessió (segons disponibilitat de tresoreria) i l&amp;apos;import restant d&amp;apos;aquests ajuts quan es justifiqui la realització de la investigació. L’import dels ajuts s’aplicarà, un 50%, al capítol 7 del programa de Patrimoni històric del pressupost de 2013, i el 50% restant a una partida del capítol 7 del programa de Patrimoni històric del pressupost de l’any 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
