&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="line-height: 0.42cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 0.03cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;PROPOSTA D&amp;apos;ACORD DE L&amp;apos;ALCALDIA AL PLE DE LA CORPORACIÓ:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h4 class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="text-indent: -0.02cm; background: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%; margin-left: 0.05cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;ASSUMPTE: MODIFICACIÓ DE LA PLANTILLA DE PERSONAL EVENTUAL &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="widows: 0; orphans: 0; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’article 104 de la Llei 7/1985 de 2 d’abril reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local, estableix que el número, característiques i retribucions del personal eventual serà determinat pel Ple de la Corporació al començament del mandat, corresponent a l’Alcaldia el nomenament i cessament del personal eventual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A la vista de l&amp;apos;anterior, es proposa al Ple de la Corporació l’adopció dels següents &lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;ACORDS: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="widows: 0; orphans: 0; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;PRIMER.- &lt;/span&gt;Crear el lloc de treball de Coordinador/a de modernització i millora continua, amb les següents característiques:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="widows: 0; orphans: 0; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Retribució: 36.000.- Euros anuals retribuïts mitjançant 14 pagues. Aquesta retribució s&amp;apos;actualitzarà anualment segon el previst en la Llei General de Pressupostos de l&amp;apos;Estat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dedicació: Exclusiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Funcions: Segons memòria adjunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="widows: 0; orphans: 0; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Suprimir el lloc de treball de Coordinador/a de Recursos Humans creat a l&amp;apos;anterior mandat amb unes retribucions de 43.000 Euros anuals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="widows: 0; orphans: 0; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;TERCER.- &lt;/span&gt;Aprovar la modificació de la plantilla del personal eventual d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament per a l&amp;apos;exercici 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="widows: 0; orphans: 0; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;QUART.-&lt;/span&gt; Publicar el present acord al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
