    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Atesos els articles 169.1 i 177.2 del reial Decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març pel qual s’aprova el text refós de la llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, en relació amb l’article 38.2 del reial Decret 500/1990, de 20 d’abril, es fa públic que contra l’acord d’aprovació inicial de l’expedient de modificació de crèdit 6/2013, mitjançant suplement de crèdit&amp;nbsp; a determinades partides del vigent pressupost, adoptat per la corporació de l’Ajuntament en sessió plenària de data 20 d’agost de 2013, no s’ha presentat cap reclamació, per la qual cosa queda aprovat definitivament, i a continuació es transcriu a nivell de capítols les partides afectades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
